Prporty is well located staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast menu has variety for vegetarian too. Pool excess villa and private pool villa are amazing. In all the stay for 5 days was amazing and would recommend to must visit once

It is a good resort with good and supportive staff. Cleanliness is good, facilities are good, swimming pool is also good. Breakfast is american so may not suit indians but thats the standard across thailand

A honeymooner's paradise

Hey, the place is at an amazing location. I stayed at an ocean villa and it has the best view in the whole of Samui and I could vouch for it. The service is right in time, people are cordial. The breakfast layout is splendid suiting to everyone's taste. The linens were neat and were aptly replaced time to time. Special requests are entertained very well. I asked for a honeymoon setup while I enter the room, which was so very well made up with roses and a cake and candles and towels. The swimming pool in house was also lit up and aroma candles were put across. Very good experience.

Expected very good beach

We had very high expectations with resotel but wore let down first of all we had booked for 4 adult 2 child 2 rooms but they charged extra for 2 child really bad experience while check Inn the staff not at all friendly. Then the beachside is under renovation but the beach this side is not that good. Have very limited options in breakfast with flys on fruit. I would definitely recommend some other hotel in chaweng than resotel.
