It was good. They won’t give early check in so plan accordingly. Ao nang beach and the market is walkable

It was a pleasant stay with all the amenities like cleanliness, pool, room service in point. The biggest advantage of this hotel was the closeness to the beach and the night market. You could just walk for 7-800 meters and you will be there at the beach. I would highly recommend it.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I wasn't carrying an international adapter. The staff helped me with one. We did not have a meal at the hotel, so can't say about the food. Room was nice and comfortable. The only problem was the plumbing in the bathroom. The water from the shower overflowed into the bathroom. We asked the staff to repair it but they could not do much.

For the price the stay is worth. Spacious rooms and very near to ao nang beach. All the major island hopping tours have pick up from this hotel.

Experience would have been great but as my rooms were on level 4 and there were no lifts/escalator it was average. The location is very convenient as seven 11 is right below.

The location was ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transport. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, particularly at check-in, where i was welcomed warmly. The lobby and common areas were modern and inviting, creating a good first impression. The room itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and good lighting. I appreciated the small touches, like complimentary bottled water and quality toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast buffet, though varied, could have been better in terms of freshness and presentation.

This is a very good hotel. The swimming is well maintained and the food is good. However we had a blocked toilet throughout our stay here and it wasn't repaired till we left. We had to use the public restrooms here. That was very disappointing. Need some kind of a compensation for this.

No elevator available, and the staircase was a bit cramped. We were given a staff to carry the luggage, though. The breakfast was also not good, and one particular staff was rude

Location wise ok. Near the beach. But hotel service, breakfast, and hospitality are not good at all. Housekeeping are so poor, if u give signal for make my room, they are come and arrange the things only, not clear anything. Breakfast are very limited. All time showing there angree face.

We have experienced a very excellent stay at glow ao nang krabi. The service was so satisfying. Breakfast was a boffey and it was so yummy and tasty.
