Stay was decent and people will like it who loves the nature, breakfast buffet was good and one more thing as it is nature friendly they don’t have lift you need walk till your room

We booked honeymoon chalet room. Room was large in size and cleaned. Everything in the room was arranged nicely. We loved staying in this resort. Few rooms are far from the main entrance so if you have babies travel-ling with you check with the resort before booking.

Location is just 5-7min walk from the beach. 7eleven is just across and eating joints and market a min away. Indian restaurants are near. Breakfast spread is good and the resort is beautiful. It is as if you are living in the lap of nature.

Lack of staff at restaurant. Breakfast refilling was very slow. Rooms were nice with good amenities. Bathroom was a little stinking. No air freshner provided.

Average hotel. Vegetarian options in breakfast. So-much ins-acts outside room. Need to close door. Room is ok. Room service is good.

The hotel is situated near the beach and has many restaurants and daily needs outlets nearby. You have to cross a jungle sort of path to reach your room but the views and vibe is stunning. Hotel offers a decent breafast spread too. I would surely visit the pakasai resort again.

The hotel was goofld but the staff is very rude. They dont even give you extra water, in case you need at night, you buy from a shop

Worst stay ever in my lifetime whether it may be staff/hospitality/service etc in all aspects i would never refer anyone to stay at this property. Starting from check-in to check-out it was a terrible experience. Manager kike was very rude all the time and in such a big property with so many rooms they just have one bell boy for all day. We had to transfer our luggage by ourself as manager said “there is only one bell boy and he is going to take time so you can take your luggage by yourself “while check-out. Also my us dollar was stolen from safe lock and for same also they didn’t bothered and told me that their staff is 6-8 year old staff and they couldn’t do this. They treat indians as granted, they will provide you with worst rooms available and rude behaviour. So now if you still want to stay at this property it’s upto you as i would never recommend anyone to stay

Overall everything being good and the entire property is nestled in a nice green foliage. However, the biggest bummer is that they have very limited rooms on the ground/first floor level. With no elevators, it's a task to walk up to second/third floor esp. For elderly. Please ensure that you get rooms allotted that are easily accessible, else it's a tough hike. The rooms are nice and spacious and can easily accommodate 4 + people. The complimentary breakfast is doable, however some more options are desirable. I had issues with the intercom and kettle not working, however the room service was quick and they resolved the matters. Close proximity to indian restaurants and walkable distance to the beach.

Poor Stay

My experience at pakasai was a mixture of good & bad. But because there were more bad experience, therefore i wouldn't recommend this place. Visually speaking the property is very lush & beautiful. The entire area seems to be made within a forest. And the breakfast buffet was also decent for pure vegetarian. But this is where the good part ends. My biggest pain point was the trek to my room. I had booked a honeymoon suite room and it seems that they wanted to make the room somewhere in the clouds. The room is almost 100 flight of stairs + some trek, and there is no lift. This was really tiresome, if i had know about this earlier, i would never have vooked that room. Moreover the staff there very quite rude and unhelpful. During checkout the bell boy got very furious because he had to bring our luggage down the stairs alone(as there very limited staff in the hotel that time. Even though i helped him during the process, by the time he reached the repection area, he was furious and was mumbling things in thai. After complaining about this to the present authority, they did wish to help. Personally i wouldn't want to visit this place & would not recommend anyone also to visit this.

Found it on mmt. Its a beautiful resort. Everything e co friendly. Booked mountain view honeymoon chalet room. Breakfast was good.
