Grand Bella

According to me. I went with my family's and little kids. I can say specifically good for kids. Kids can play in water &play activities inside the Grand Bella don't look room for poolside, try to find other side there is much better view. Staff was to good morning breakfast also yummy if i talk about the around places they are near. Have a beach shopping sites and if you are looking for the indian food for dinner. There is a restaurant in the end near the uh hotal jain which is tooo good not very cheap and chapati also like mother

T he property is near beach which enabled us to go on beach on foot without spending a single penny on taxi and all the service of the staff is excellent. Moreover the staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. But the only bad experience i had was in swimming pool actually they use a large amount of chlorine which caused irritation in my eyes. All over most of the services are provided even within such affordable price.

I had forget my DJI Mic recording system in room locker and I had tried to call but no response land line . But when I contact them trough line messenger they contact me immediately and they check enquiry my complaint and they find out my DJI Mic system, and contact me and I had get from them . it is very positive response and positive sign from Hotel Management, Thank you Hotel Management Grand Vella.

Hotel is good in location, safety, breakfast is good you have indian and continental, swimming pool is very good and big you have massage facility also, spa is available everything is just minutes away. But in room things has improve like refrigerator is rusty even bath room should be renovated and service need to be improved clean of the rooms are very good overall i will give 4. 3 out five

This is my first trip to pattaya thailand and we have wonderful experience there. Hotel grand bella is fabulous and our choice to stay there is absolutely too good. Breakfast buffet is very nice staff is very cooperative and helpful. The pattaya beach is about 10 min walk. I don't think anyone regret at there decision to stay there for any reason. Overall great choice.

According to me it’s the best budget friendly Grand Bella in pataya, and the ambience and staff is so good and very friendly in nature and the hygiene of this Grand Bella is amazing, so it’s highly recommended Grand Bella in pataya for stay with family and group, they also allowed local person for night enjoyment without any restrictions,

Hotel is located in prime area like beach road walking street and 7eleven and nice massage center available near by. Over very best Grand Bella to say with pocket friendly.

Very good Grand Bella in terms of rooms are good but there is early check in reception people so bad they don’t respond to any thing, it is good because it is near to city centre there is a very good swimming pool room are good 1-1. 5kms to walking street and beach nice place near by you have india restaurants

Property was good. Room was clean and spacious. The location is also perfect. Everything is near by. My suggestion is don't opt for morning breakfast. There are lot of indian restaurant at 2 minutes distance. Hotel provide lots of options in indian breakfast, but the issue is the taste.

Rooms are spacious. The location is good. Very near to pattaya beach and walking distance to markets. Lots of vegetarian options are available nearby. Lots of rooms and guests in the Grand Bella and sometimes reception staff seems to be overwhelmed. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hotel location is good where tourists can enjoy and hangout, if they like party and nightlife. Food - breakfast is good and healthy. You can have both non vegetarian and vegetarian items. Swimming pool - enjoyed alot. Big swimming pool with slider. Enough space is available.

The Grand Bella is located in a good place from where you can walk to the beach to different shopping malls. Breakfast in the Grand Bella is good for both indian and continental. It has 3 buildings where plenty of rooms are available Grand Bella staff are okay okay.

Nice stay. Pool is so good with nice breakfast options it is free for outside guests, location is idle

Hotel was fantastic, cleaning staff was very friendly. Hotel is guest friendly and near to many attractive places.

The Grand Bella is located in the heart of central pattaya road, beach road is just walkable, lot of massage parlours around this Grand Bella.

The stay was pleasant with a pool side view. The rooms were neat. Best thing was they were sound proof and hence cozy. The Grand Bella is next to a hospital and an array of restaurants.
