Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality

Location: The Amari Nova is tucked away inside, about 1.2 km from Beach Road. However, the Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality runs a complimentary drop service to key locations around Beach Road which takes just about 10-15 minutes away. If you choose to walk, it's shorter. The roads are narrow in some stretches but very clean, not much traffic either. Also 2 taxi counters nearby, if you need them. Food: The Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality provides a fairly good breakfast buffet with a choice of continental, Thai and Indian spreads. The staff are very friendly. They also have a restaurant that runs till 22:30. There are other restaurant in a short walking distance (5-10 minutes). Of course you can quickly travel to locations near Beach Road. Hotel itself: Very well made and spacious. Our suite had a balcony (probably all rooms do) with a cook top, fridge, washing machine and micro wave. Safety: At no point did any of us feel unsafe in the Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality or on the streets. Shopping: For your daily needs, there are 3 stores just 2 minutes walk away (Family Mart etc.) What's missing: It's farther from the sea. So if you want a view of the sea as you have your morning cup, this isn't the place :) Would I go there again: Absolutely.

Hotel has large rooms with all amenities, most of which are not working due to poor maintenance. Untrained manager who lacks training in customer management. Horrible style of talking can put you off easily. Her behaviour is such as she is owning the Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality and giving for free to tourist. Management needs to immediately change her or train her. Centrally located Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality and has been our choice many times

Advance taken and returned only after staff checked my room. Very demeaning. Suspect it had to do because I was an Indian. From there I checked into Sukhumvit 12 suites in Bangkok. Totally different experience. More like Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitalitys in other parts of the world.
Very spacious suite. Very well maintained, advance taken even though full payment made on MakeMyTrip. Not justified and insulting as I feel it was charged because I am an Indian.

We were in Pattaya during the last week of December 2019. Earlier we have stayed in properties on the beach road which was nice of course. Amari was a revelation. The team was so very courteous and helpful, always with a smile. They have a complementary bus which takes you to beach road and of course if you are willing to walk, that’s also very feasible. Lots of grocery stores nearby and restaurants too. We got a suite and I am truly amazed how wonderful that was.

I checked-in and my stay was for 3 days, the room was really amazing with all the amenities, kitchen was really good, oven and microwave were really helpful, shops like Seven Eleven and FamilyMart is next to the Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality so you can get everything you need for your stay. Really a good stay.
Room did not provide any free water bottles. The Wifi connectivity was very low. Else everything was good.

I will prefer to go here again. Would also like to ask Indian family to stay in this one. Rates are much better, staff is excellent, the one which we booked was a service apartment. It has kitchen two bedroom and hall. Staff is helpful. Swimming pool is nice. Main thing was like food its simply awesome. We just loved it. Many fruits, pastry, a different veggies, noodle, spacious. I like everything. Thank you very much.

Best Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality to stay in Pattaya for family and couple. Little far from main action and nightlife and also silent ambiance. Very clean and beautiful Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality and rooms with all amenities they provide free shuttle to Pattaya beach every 30 40 minutes. Good swimming pool and gym. Nice WiFi, lovely and yummy breakfast. Overall loved it.

It was really a nice stay here, and since we booked three nights and got upgraded to deluxe Suites, we got the best. A big hall, a separate bedroom and a kitchen with all the facilities of a home. Location is good, with accessibility to all major spots. Service and staff are excellent. Breakfast is ok for indians. Many stores nearby. Can stay with family and will prefer for next visit.

Rooms are clean, good quality breakfast, we took two numbers of one bedroom suit room for my family, one room was ok but after too many reminder there was no hot water in one room, they send technician to solve the problem but he fell, lobby person just said sorry at the time of check out, not expecting this thing from 4 star Amari chain of Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality.

Recently we visited Pattaya with my friends. We checked lots of Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitalitys on MMT, at last we chose this property. Property is well maintained rooms are big and luxury. Staff is very helpful. Best part is breakfast. They lave lots of variety of items in breakfast, especially for Indians. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.

We are stay at this Hotel in deluxe suite room. In room even kitchen and washing machine. With kitchen appliances. Really great facility and familiar Hotel. Location is near by all main main destination. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. Specially swimming pool view is amazing and well maintained property. I love to stay next time.

Hotel view is good and the staff very helpful and special 1-bed suite room space so good like sitting area bedroom area and bathroom. Cleaning is every day. But only one problem I stay only one man in the Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality but the Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality charged local guest So that only I disappointed.

It was really good . I stayed in family suit with my friend . I must tell you it was really a great expeince to stay there . Everything was 5 star level . But location is littile bit far from walking street . But no matters you can take tuk for that .

Experience is good Indian breakfast improve more.

Hotel and rooms were good. But the behavior of the staff was very rude. I hadn't found that kind of rude receptionist anywhere else.

We stayed here for second time highly impressed with the suites deluxe suites are just awesome but normal suites are just okay they are located to near by new building which was little difficult for us to move from one building to another.
They Don't have Smoking Rooms else rooms are well maintained.

Location of Nova Suites Pattaya by Compass Hospitality is very nice. Very spacious rooms with separate sitting and kitchen area. Staff was very supportive. Near by Hotel Indian and Thai restaurant. Almost at 100 meters you can find massage parlors, spa and sauna. Also you can easily find 7 eleven and family stores.
