Very good services, daily cleaning, good ac, location, reasonable price cooperative staff, everything is good, i was living 10 days, at batique bravo, really i am satisfied

Business creating strategy by putting stains on bed sheet by themselves and ask for huge fine while checkout, they do not want to give your security back and create fines for looting. No lunch provided as per the booking.

Its worse experience in terms of services as there is small stain mark of food on bedsheet and they want us to pay 1500 bhat for the same which is almost 10 times of the cost of bedsheet they make this as a business.

Location for south pattaya is ok. But at room we face lot of problems. Ac liking. Key card stopped working wifi wasn't working!

House keeping is excellent. Good location breakfast is not good as per indian vegetarian. This hotel favors chinese thai dishes.

I am sleep there 1week more then but hotel management and maneger can't change my room if i want change room but hotel asked me no have room free one star i know not my problem solve but i think another same problem not face bravo boutique hotel
