Very bad service. They gave us the wrong room. Mmt people also don't solve the problems. They just keep delaying the things

The main thing was that they even deny giving u water bottles, total of 500ml water only per day is allowed otherwise u pay 75rs for a bottles. This was the most pathetic thing. Apart from it breakfast has no variety, rooms are very small and it is far from pattaya beach.
pleasant stay with beach view. staffs are very humble and helpful. its was amazing experience. I strongly recommend for couple

The hotel staff is fine however they need to keep the room clean, customer satisfaction doesn’t seem important.

House keeping and room service - pathetic

Extremely rude staff and pathetic room service. They don’t cooperated at all. Even for coffee and sugar we had to beg and follow up multiple times. They didn’t replace the bathroom mats even. Anything you ask the answer is “no have”. Property location and room view is very nice. Location with beach view is beautiful. You are on your own once you go there. Don’t expect hospitality which you are used in indian hotels. For them you are just a client who is paying them. Even for the welcome drink (a small glass of juice) they will a card which has to be presented in the restaurant. This is was a very cheap experience and laughable too. Not much of vegetarian options and we had to order from outside to fill our tummies

It was a beautiful property. The room was very big and spacious, full of light, the balcony view was very nice. Swimming pool was big but not very deep. You get a private beach in the front which is very nice during high tide you can swim in the water

The location is excellent. Especially the rooms with sea front balconies. The beach is private and cosy. Staff were a bit indifferent, could have been more helpful and willing to serve. Room should have been better maintained.

Hotel staff is unfriendly. We needed a spoon but staff refuses to give it to us. On consistently asking he gave. Floor of the bathroom and bedroom is slippery. The wash basin in superior corner room is outside so every time we were using it, make the bedroom floor slippery. The breakfast has a almost one or two items for vegetarian.

The location and accessibility would be no less than 8/10! food 7/10 ! the taste could be better! amenities 7/10! (pool timings don’t really fit the tourist comfort. Service - 2/10 ! below average ! disappointing! they gave us the room 2-3 hours after the standard checkin time and we didn’t really say anything, but during checkout they didn’t even give 10 extra minutes! staff behaviour was very unprofessional! not recommending for couple or family stay

Very good ambience in evening with bar and restaurant, on beach side. Room was good. Staffs were very helping. They even help to get tickets for shows or day tours. Vacation very well spent. Many photo spots inside the resort

Did not like the service of the staff. Quite rude. Breakfast is so not worth the money. Don’t take breakfast if you are thinking of staying here. Book someplace else. Other hotels are more welcoming than golden tulip

Good view room

The hotel was really good, well located and the room we booked had a good pool and beach view. Which was the main attraction for us, the staff is courteous and helpful, the disadvantage would be the food and the beach- it was very rough and poky, we had expected good sand beaches. As we travel-led with a toddler it was tough to take her to the beach coming to the food, there is nothing for kids and vegetarians. Which i had expected but i thought they’ll have some kid friendly food
