I had booked a room for 3 nights. They asked for 1000 thai bhat cash as deposit. And at the time of checkout they deduct 800 thai bhat claiming some curry stains on bed sheets.

Best location ever, party place. 1 minute walk to walking street, 7 eleven, laundry, hair cut salon and more. The staff is so sweet and hard working. Rooms are too clean and spacious.

Location is great. Food we didn’t try but they have an in-house restaurant. Room size is large but it needs a lot of repair and renovation. Bathroom was choking. The worst part of the hotel is services and staff. 2 pm check in was given at 5 pm in the evening. We had to wait at the reception asking for our room again and again. Many other travellers were also stuck in the same way at reception. Reception staff won’t answer to your queries and completely ignore you. No one answers the intercom.

Grand hotel in pattaya is good, reasonable, affordable, economical. No breakfast, food available but rooms are clean hygienic. Staff are cooperative, polite. Value for money.

One small tawal have little bit dirties since we requested but charged, hotel receptionist is not supporting to the guest and not even understand the problems with customer.

Poor amenities. Not even basic criteria met. It should be listed as a lodge rather than a hotel. They don’t leave any chance to make an extra buck. It was the same complaint from most guests.
