    don't book this hotel. Very pathetic service and they treat very badly. Thee tv remote blasted in our room but they didn't take any action only word they know in english is cannot and sorry. They give 3 rd floor rooms where there is lot of bakery smell due to which u cannot sleep. If u complain they say sorry. Thwy are not ready to understand your problem very very boas staff.

    This is one of the pathetic hotel on beach road, staff of the hotel specially front desk are so rude, don't know how to talk to the people who is your paying you and your hotel, they behave like sound all the time rude and bad

    Pls don’t stay it’s a waste of money… even breakfast is bad and reception staff are impolite..rooms do not even have a cupboard… the safe is plac d in the ground…wow…. Wrong and misguided hotel as I thought it’s a new property but its worst
