Property is in prime location. 30 minutes walk to walking street. 35 minutes to turkish kabab, malabar restaurant(if you are looking for kerala indian food) near walking street. Opposit to ibis pattaya. There is is so-ho china town food street. If you take left there it is cental. Otteri (wahing and drying ) many massag saloons. Coming back to ibis pattaya. Very well maintained property, very clean rooms, friendly and approachable staff (especially receptionist mod -you can go for any information) breakfast - near by food streets and restaurants are active by evening. So it will be convenient to book breakfast at hotel which is with reasonable price for the buffet breakfast offering. Over all my experience is excellent

I've stayed here twice and it is always a good experience as it is a brand. The location is excellent. Use baht bus from beach road to get around hop on off style only 10baht goes to walking street and back and also you can another to jomtien from walking street watch youtube videos. Hotel wise, really good. Always recommend.

Great location near to beach. Terminal 21 mall right across. You get everything there. Clean room and good hotel stay comfortable

The service of checking is very bad they didn't take a luggages to the room the room was dirty and it is too small basic amenities sisters toothpaste and toothbrush was not provided they didn't have any of the hotel facilities instead of the best thing that i have to say that will be the location only

This is very good property suitable for families and individual tourist type. Very strategically located, closed to beach and market nearby. It has swimming pool and room size is descent with value for money price. The buffet breakfast spread is good and food offered here from restaurant is nice.

Stayed at ibis hotel pattaya, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was smelly, and the washroom was very small. The breakfast was terrible, and i couldn’t eat it. The service was equally bad, with no bellboy to assist guests. Overall, the customer service was very poor.

Deposit not refunded

The hotel took 1000 tbh as deposit from us and promised us to return it while check out. But when we checked out in a hurry, they did not remind us to take our deposit back and hence we feel cheated.
