Staff r terrible, arrogant, disrespectful, we had no hot water in wash room for 3 days, informed receptionist on 1st day and they have ignored

Staff is not good and not communicating well with client and also cleaning staff is very bed i stay 4 nights and my room clean only 2 times

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions"

Very bad experience with this hotel. When i reached hotel, reception said there is no booking of you. Then some senior lady searched and said yes, you have booking. Given room key and breakfast voucher. I given breakfast voucher at restaurant entry and that lady said you have to pay for breakfast then i went to reception and reception told her that our breakfast is included. This is the behaviour of staff of this hotel. Untrained, unprofessional. I don't know who is responsible for this harassment.

Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness and bad attitude. The room was dirty when i was check in and the staff boy is asking for i mean not everyone is coming pattaya for sex.
