A decent place to stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Location as ok. A 7 eleven + laundry mat near the place. No food. U can just go out n buy it. Thar r plenty of places near by
expect one of the recipient was a bit rude ( the one who keeps her hair tied up. She usually sits in th morning. The other one was nice.

The hotel is decent a little far away from the main streets so you have to walk a lot. It's definitely not a 4 star and here's why: 1. The pool is very small & not deep for an adult. 2. They don't provide dental kit or shaving kit or comb and will send you to 7/11 for everything, 3. Service is not good - they keep the phone off receiver so guests can't call, i asked for medicine and they didn't give me even after 1 front office staff had it. It was weird. The staff girl was rude for no reason. I won't be staying here again.

Room was good and neat, staff were polite and attentive. Locker facilities were not upto date. Toiletries were not provided but the tub and bathroom were tidy

Nice hotel at a very reasonable price. Overall staff behavior is very good and ready to help you with anything. Not too far from the beach too. Overall i have enjoyed it.

It was smooth and i have stayed here before also. The room was big and comfortable and the only thing is checkout is at 12 pm so you will get multiple reminder call starting from 11:55am

यहा पर बहुत अच्छा लगा हमारे को और बहुत मजा आया और इधर का खाना भी कही कही जगा पर अच्छा था और होटल भी अच्छा थी जिस मै हम रूके थे और होटल का इसेटा भी अच्छा था

Stay was good and room was clean and luxurious but some housekeeping staff was not very soft spoken in fact they give you a look with aggression sometimes and also only 1 outside guest is allowed for free they charge 700 baht for 2nd guest whereas in bella villa pattaya they don’t charge anything for the second guest and that is why i’m making my next booking with bella villa hotel, nova gold also don’t have big fridge or microwave whereas bella villa has almost everything

Nice stay, clean rooms, location wise good connectivity, bath tub which your kids enjoy a lot. Clean swimming pool. But no shuttle service, you have to arrange transfer on you're own, no restaurant in hotel but they have arrangements nearby. Overall good experience.
