Location good rooms are clean food ok some front desk staffs behave very rude during check in and check out during check out it's better to check room amenities in d presence of guests so far i visited 87 countries pattaya i stayed many times in royal cliff grand hilt-on and bayview

Very good and neat hotel with good swimming pool, very near to a food market and al cazar show, can walk to al cazar show. Many thai and indian restaurants nearby

Awesome experience. The size of the rooms in deed tower is amazing with balcony and bath tub. Staff is very friendly and it’s hassle free in everything. Location is also very good with entry and exit on pathare’s side one can hire the 10 bath transport from either ways

There were ants in the room tried telling them to clean it. Despite of the room being cleaned everyday they were still there poor hospitality
We paid extra for chic tower but they gave us deed tower. The staff is absolutely bad and poor hospitality

Hotrl is really nice. Pool is superb. They have got 2 pools with water slides. Rooms are fantastic.

Excellent place for a family stay. Opposite beach, easy access to almost all close by attractions. Close by malls, local eating stalls & walkable across. Good stay.

Their housekeeping staf took away the bath robe and these fools stopped us and charged us for the robe later they found in their stock. Shame! no veg options in the breakfast. 3 days continusly servers pav bhaji. Pathetic.
