Hotel staff do not service properly receptionist is a very badly service ,vested money in their hotels I suggest Indian people to you please other options please do not stay here not a service not a stop beware properly, Receptionist very rude and arrogant! Therefore, I request all my Indian brothers that no one should stay in this hotel after this.

Great location and very nearby to couple of malls and beaches. Inside this hotel the have connectivity of there another property and you can enjoy 4 different kind of swimming pool. Also very clean and silent atmosphere. Less Indians to disturb you.

I have stayed lot of times in this hotel and every time there was complimentary tea bags and and other stuffs but this time this was not available and when I ask for same at reception they said in your booking type this can't be provided complimentary. This make me disappointed.

Good stay. Clean and Silent everything is fine. This Hotel is the best budget Hotel in Pattaya. I loved the stay. The receptionist are good and speak english well. Room is clean and spacious. Best Hotel to stay Silent place. The only problem is there is no convenient plug points.

Well we reached the hotel around 11 in the morning and surprisingly there were lot of guests waiting in the lobby area. Considering the high demand of the hotel, we had to wait until our check in time i.e 2pm. When we reached back hotel around 2pm it was all ready for us. The air con was good and kept room really good. Apart from this, location is quite good and nearby for the attractions around i.e Walking street and Sanctuary of truth. The best part of location is the songthaw's available at 10bht pp for going across beach road and 2nd road. Easily accessible at cheap price.
