Good amenities for the price point. Staffs are friendly and polite. Very near to all the prime locations of pattaya.

The hotel is located just meters away from pattaya beach and you can find all the good places around the hotel. They have an in house cafe which serves delicious pizza and also you can found clubs and massage centre around the hotel.

Although the location is very good, you get stay near the beach and every other attractions are within the close proximity, but the rooms are way too small with no exhaust in the washrooms.

Loosing interest to go further to the popular hotel

Location became worst because the area is like a street market for nasty things and too much crowd all 24 hours. Food quality deteriorated and variety reducing, amenities are poor quality. The hotel staff are not behaving with smile as earlier and 95% are new with unpleasant attitude

Food quality detetoriarated rgan earlier. The locality become very much crowded & polluted with hnethical subjects. It's hard to stay here peacefully

Hotel room is very small and congested and not balcony not smoking area in this hotel reception staff are rude behaviour. Chek in time and check out time hotel reception staff huge time waiting in front of the hotel

It was nice hotel near by pattaya beach and they have very neat and clean room good air condition good staff with great behaviour and overall nice stay and very comfortable stay. I would like to stay again in this hotel it was very good. And thank you so much for everything sunshine

Ground floor area of smelling bad. They also did offer water if you are in front of reception and having thirsty, telling that purchase it.
