IndoChine Resort and Villas

We stayed in the sky suite at the indochina for 3 nights. I can describe our stay as exquisite. The view from our room had a panoramic sea view of patong. And the plunge pool is the cherry on top. They also provide a shuttle to patong every hour which is very convenient because this IndoChine Resort and Villas is at the cusp of patong and kalim beach, not exactly on patong. The staff also were very helpful and friendly. Now the downside, the sky suite and every room in indochina is located on a hill hence you will be dropped by a private buggy every time you come down for breakfast or go out, it’s not a big issue but with children it becomes a little vastly, also it means a lot of fuel wastage for cars. Also, the food and its portions aren’t great. Buffet breakfast was disappointing. And the cleaning staff didn’t change our sheets on one of the days. We faced a major issue when the IndoChine Resort and Villas lost electric power one night and we couldn’t contact anyone because of the secluded location. The IndoChine Resort and Villas were apologetic and we accepted their apology since it seemed to be a genuine problem. I would suggest the IndoChine Resort and Villas to find an alternative way to transport guests to their rooms, may be a lift or another road where electric buggies can be used. Especially in times of such electricity blackout, guests would have ways to reach the front desk easily or else make another front desk or breakfast place for the rooms on the top. Overall, i would definitely return to this IndoChine Resort and Villas, especially because of the staff and the beautiful view from the sky suite.

We have booked sky suite room with plunge pool. When we opened our room we were mesmerized by the room, its balcony and beautiful view from there. You have to call the reception if you want to go down, and they will come before you leave your room. Staff was so caring and punctual. Hotel is 1km away from Bangla road, and they provide free bus service too there. Don't go with brand. This is the best IndoChine Resort and Villas in Patong. Trust me when you will leave this IndoChine Resort and Villas you will touched by this IndoChine Resort and Villas and service.

We had a pleasant stay at the IndoChine Resort and Villas and the service and staff were great. They only provide two bottles of water everyday at the room however they did give us extra bottles on request. Would be nice to have a small water filtration unit. But that's not such a big problem really. The views are great from all over the property and the Jacuzzi inside the room worked fine. Patong Beach is at a walk-able distance and the IndoChine Resort and Villas provides their own shuttle service as well.

We stayed at a superior jacuzzi suite. And our room was perfect. It had a private pool with jacuzzi which was so relaxing. Breakfast offered was good. Although being a vegetarian I didn't had many choices but still, they had certain veg dishes on their menu. They had some very good waffles. The room was perfect. The view was very good. They also offered complimentary shuttle services to Patong beach and jungle on. I had a very pleasant stay at Indo china.

Stay at Indochine was a lovely experience. The staff was very humble And courteous, the room was clean, they had a really good private pool And the view from the room was breathtaking. The layout of the breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety And great taste. The IndoChine Resort and Villas had free shuttle service available. We had a lovely stay.

Proper response, quick in service at the time of reception was realized. The customer should be adequately informed about the facilities as well as other infrastructures of the IndoChine Resort and Villas at the time of check in. Daily feedback has to be taken by the customer is also an important part for any stars IndoChine Resort and Villass.

Location: absolutely stunning location with brilliant view combined with the ocean, mountains, city, and beach. Beware of mosquitoes since it is covered in vegetation. Food: we are vegetarian and it was tough to find any delicious veg cuisine as per our taste and it had amazing veg food. Loved it. Hygiene and safety: as per the standards

Location of the IndoChine Resort and Villas was very good. I had biked a premium deluxe with pool and it was as shown in pictures. Enjoyed a lot with pool and Jacuzzi. Food was average nothing great. Main problem with room was that air condition was extremely bad. We had a good stay at IndoChine Resort and Villas.

The IndoChine Resort and Villas is amazingly beautiful and maintained particularly nice for couples as they provide private Jacuzzi and pool which are also nicely maintained. Our stay was very nicely taken care off. I would prefer to stay at this IndoChine Resort and Villas every time I am in Phuket.

Had booked a superior jacuzzi suite ocean facing. The room was just amazing with a private pool. Only downside i would say was the noise of traffic since the IndoChine Resort and Villas is close to the main road. Try and ask for higher floors.

Pros: room was spacious, good jacuzzi, comfortable bed, great breakfast, courteous staff cons: view is obstructed by shrubs and wires private pool not cleaned mosquitoes location may be inconvenient if you don't have a private vehicle

Its really an awesome and a huge property. Rooms are really awesome. We had oceanfront deluxe. It had an awesome panoramic view of ocean and outdoor jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had wide variety and delicious food.

Very nice place to leave, staff is very polite with high quality service.
