Naina Resort & Spa

The resort is very near to patong police station, the beach is just two light signals away from the resort on the way you can find lots of thai street food stalls and Indian restaurants especially haveli Indian restaurant. Naina resort has space for a pool where you can enjoy the pool party. If you like sports a city boxing stadium is inside a resort. Laundry, family mart and 7-11 just at walking distance only 200 m. If you have an international driving permit you can take a bike on rent from anywhere in phuket but near the resort near rent me is a good one. One good thing about the resort i want to write here is that during our stay one of the water tank bursts and the water supply of our two rooms stopped after a complaint receptionist upgraded our room to super deluxe free of cost as an apology.

We had a grand deluxe room next to the pool area. The Naina Resort & Spa ambience was very good. The Naina Resort & Spa staff was very nice and addressed the request quickly. The Naina Resort & Spa is in the perfect place to explore the patong, bangla road is very nearby and shopping malls are nearby to this area. I would recommend people who are looking to stay nearby to bangla road, it's a perfect resort stay.

The location of the Naina Resort & Spa is less than 1 km from the Patong Beach and the facilities are good as well. Only 2 cons are lack of good vegetarian options in the buffet and we were asked to deposit cash at the counter as security (they didn’t accept cards) and we ended up not being able use the money as we were checking out and had to fly back. That is something that needs to be highlighted in advance.

Recommended for families. Standard rooms are small. The Naina Resort & Spa is next to Patong boxing stadium and approx 1.5 kms from Bangla street and Jungceylon mall. Family mart is at 200 metres from Naina Resort & Spa. Lots of street food and restaurants at walkable distance. Ample car parking space. Limited breakfast menu that needs to be improved. Good location and value for money Naina Resort & Spa.

I loved the serene and peaceful location. We felt it was worth every baht we spent, especially since breakfast was included. The staff was very hospitable, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were given a free upgrade because our ac in the original room was not working and the whole process was very smooth and made the stay much better!

Breakfast was not really continental and more suited to specific palate. Location was good. Room was not cleaned regularly, had to keep reminding them. Bathroom was small as compared to pictures on website. Air conditioner was leaking, a technical person had to be called. They had to be told to replenish toiletries and coffee pouches.

The property is good with good hygiene the only issues i faced was 1. There were mices in the room coming from bathtub duct 2. Lack of staff. If you want water in your room they won't serve you saying that housekeeping is off. The lack of staff is the major issue in almost all the Naina Resort & Spas in Phujet, karabi.

A very beautiful resort 😍. Main desk staff is very helpful but the house keeping staff's are very casual and careless . Inspite of my telling them to clean the bathtub and wash basin which was filled with water after our use they did not clean it for all the three days of our stay.

Great ambiance and staff, the pool area is really clean and food options are also good. Staff is very helpful and rooms are even better. Really liked it and would recommend to all the travellers. Beach is walking distance and restaurants also nearby one can explore a on foot

The rooms were like homestays and the amenities in the resort were good, like boxing sessions, swimming pool and it was also very close from patong beach and the tourist spots around. As a vegetarian the food options in breakfast were limited but at least it was fresh.

Very nice property, staff are not very friendly. We had an overflowing drain in the bathroom and they refused to change our room inspite the Naina Resort & Spa being empty. Please check bathroom drain before taking the rooms. Food variety is not that great.

We were there for 3 days and I must say it was value for money. The rooms were excellent same with the complimentary breakfast. The staff was helpful and they made sure that you had an amazing stay.

Rooms are good clean. Nice view. Service is little slow. Bfast is good. 1kma away from patong beach.

Location is perfect, staff is very polite. Big rooms and clean rooms. Will visit again and will suggest others as well.

Excellent Resort at this price. Lavish rooms, best you can get. Superb bathrooms very spacious with shower and Bath tub. Very well maintained property. Just 10 minutes walk from Pa Tong night market, Bangla Road, Pa Tong beach.

Hotel is good. But little over priced. Good for one night stay and to take photos of the paddy field, pond and other set up of the Naina Resort & Spa.

Amazing stay at naina, worth the money, staff is courteous. In some rooms ac doesn’t work but they’re really helpful to either shift rooms or upgrade us. Special mention to poi at the reception. Such an amazing person at the front desk.

Room was good and clean. Food is bad. Don't pure book breakfast. The location is 15 mins from beach, transportation available. Good stay for one night

They charged extra us for early check in. Please add some Indian food in breakfast.
