Patong Resort

Patong resort Patong Resort is located in center of the city. Walkable distance (about 3-4 minutes) to patong beach. It’s huge Patong Resort cum resort with 2 big swimming pools. Kids love baby pool. Rooms are comfortable and spacious though little old now. They can improve the on toiletries, towels & bathroom they seem to be to much used. The rooms are spread across multiple blocks/buildings within resort. Blocks with 2 floors (ground and first) have no lift, those will be bit discomfort for elderly people. Also for the staff who have to carry guests luggage in hands. Staff are ok but didn’t find them very welcoming. At-least they were not rude. My request to accommodate 2 rooms on same floor and close to each other was acknowledged after some waiting time. As it’s located in city centre many restaurants including indian and halal food can be found easily. There are also many foreign exchange and day tour stores around the Patong Resort. Breakfast arrangements were good especially the continental but improvement required for indian/vegetarian menu as they were too basic and almost repeating same kind of naan not cooked properly. 5-8 minutes walk there is a huge jungceylon and Phuket central shopping mall with many restaurants like mcd, burger king, kfc, pizza hut. Hyper market are available

Location is very much accessible to all the nearby shopping, pubs, bangla street etc. Everything is in distance walkable. You can take scooters for rent very close-by shops. Food is good(not excellent, lot of options in bf buffet, i wish they had more options in indian section too as 1 day 2 out of 3items were with beef dishes. As there were many local beef pork dishes served, at-least they couldve added non beef pork dishes in indian section, thats the only negative i felt. Staff are good, if there is any repair they will attend to it immediately. Hotel is very hygienic and peaceful. Nice well maintained 2 pools are available. It's definitely safe for families, as most family's who stay are russians or aus. Only thing i would suggest is check with ac, not all rooms have same cooling. 2000bahts security deposit while checking in is mandatory for all customers. Lastly- do try chicken padthai in restaurant next to pool. Its must have and best i had in phuket.

It was a great experience staying at the property. It is close to all the places which you would like to explore. This makes this property the best place to stay. Just in less than 5 minutes you can be in patong beach. Entire support staff is nice and supportive. They do not allow early check in. This was the issue we faced because our flight landed early and we had to wait at the reception. You have few good indian food restaurant. We loved the food at tandoori flames. The shops available at the Patong Resort are really good. We booked our daily taxi from there and it had similar prices what you get from outside Patong Resort. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to stay there again.

Property is at very good location in phuket, has a great swimming pool, rooms and service are also good. Vegetarian food option in breakfast is very bad, i must say, they should definitely work on improving this. Hotel also seems a bit strict in general, may be its due to its location in phuket where it might have had bad experiences with guests in the past. They ask for upfront 2000 baht as security deposit which they refund after checkout. They also track beach/pool towels which they give to the guests. Overall a good place to stay. Its very near to bangla street and patong beach which are major tourist attraction

This was my best stay on my thailand trip. I really like the hospitality provided by the Patong Resort. The swimming pool was nice and big and clean. The Patong Resort took 1000 bhat as a security deposit and returned it after checkout verifying the room. I kept the room clean and thus there was no issue. The room was spacious and big with a bathtub and a big bathroom. The concierge was kind enough to provide me with an upgrade to pool view and it was the best thing as i could see sunset directly from my balcony on the top floor. Overall 5 star stay

Checkin experince was very good, very good staff and helpful, no issue in language. Secondly the pool was neat and clean. Patong resort have 2 pools and one jacuzzi pool. It was crystal clear water. Rooms were spacious and a good balcony. Location is fantastic, hardly 3-4 minutes walking to patong beach and bangla road. Great food in breakfast. They also have separate indian food. Good options for vegetarian too. Overall a great experince and would surely like ti stay again and recommend the Patong Resort for a comfortable stay.

This Patong Resort is at the heart of patong beach, a perfect location. Many indian restaurants nearby. I personally found it a bit overpriced as compared to facilities given. A very small bathroom, small bed but a perfect balcony. Has a very dull swimming pool. Paragon patong is much much better compared to patong resort. Paragon patong Patong Resort has very nice swimming pool and a big bathroom, perfect balcony with swimming pool view.

Dear reader, so i stayed for two nights at Patong Resort. I wish i could have extended by stay there by at least another day. The beach view is spectacular. The staff is accommodating, cheerful, professional. The property overall is old. But it’s equipped with all basic facility. It’s 2 mins walk away from everything one needs including vitamin sea! the breakfast buffet had something for everyone including vegans and vegetarian.

We had booked 2 superior rooms for 2 nights at patong resort through mmt. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and location of Patong Resort is just near the beach. The Patong Resort has 2 swimming pools with pool side cafe. The front desk of the Patong Resort is very helpful. The Patong Resort also has a travel desk. We booked our day trip to jam-es bond island through the travel desk and they charged at reasonable rate.

I stayed at patong resort for 4 nights. I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast is quite good, mostly continental. If you are a non veg person, food won't be a problem. The main attraction of this resort is it's location. It has 3 gates, the font one to the beach, the side entrance to bangla road and the back entrance to juncleyon mall. It's centrally located. Overall had a wonderful stay

one of the best Patong Resort in phuket, location is near about 400 Mt patong beach, and also near bangla streat, out side Patong Resort all restaurant is there, seven eleven is near to Patong Resort, food is very delicious 😋, in breakfast there is so many items vegetable and non vegetable, there are two swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool, both are so clean. I really enjoyed Patong Resort. must stay here. thanks make my trip

We stayed for 2 nights and the Patong Resort is at prime location. They have 3 gates that become very convenient to walk to different streets. Walking street is very nearby and near to the patong beach. Would love to stay again. The only concern was we got the room at ground floor and there were a few mosquitoes. However, staff were helpful. Breakfast was good - have 2-3 indian veg option. Overall great stay.

Great experience and located in prime location

What a wonderful l stay at patong resort phuket. I have been staying in this Patong Resort since 2014 and the service / staff, rooms swimming pool everything is perfect. I will recommend this Patong Resort to everyone.

Everything is good about this resort. The best location u could ever get. The only i had with room lights, it has to be little more.

It's a good resort with lot of space, swimming pool, good buffet breakfast. But i've given 4 stars only because instead of booking long ago, receptionist initially gave me a ground floor which was not good and not well maintained and declared they don't have any other rooms. After some struggle and arguements and requests finally they shifted us to a better room on 1 st floor.

The staff is polite and the rooms were spacious the breakfast has a wide spread to choose from and at the same time centrally located at a walking distance from the shopping attractions of the local market and malls

Good location. Both beach and bangla road are walking accessible. Property has one exit directly into bangla road. They ask for 2k bhat as check-in deposit so keep that handy. Breakfast is of global cuisine. The indian menu is also there but limited. But it's mostly non veg biased.

Location wise its very near to patong beach and Bangla Road,hardly 5 minutes walk. Rooms are neat and clean, but they have very less breafast menu. Overall a nice Patong Resort near the beach, with lots of restaurants and shop nearby.

The view from my Patong Resort and the room is damn good but the only problem is check in time in thailand every Patong Resort has the same check in time after 2pm.
