If you've watched instagram videos : don't trust them. A simple hotel with 3-4 ft deep small swimming pool and 2 plastic canoe. That's all. Kitchen closes at 10 pm. Pool closes at 9 pm. Small pool with more people and less sunbathing chairs. Paid 6700 for a room. Staff behaviour is little rude as compared to rest of thailand

Terrible experience. Rude staff. Very remote location. The staff was not willing to provide plates at room. I was asked to collect by myself. The restraunt does not have alacart for breakfast. Seems they mandatorily want its guest to opt for room with breakfast

Social media trending hotel and was worth it

My wife booked it based on tik-tok trending videos, the place is no doubt beautifully designed and developed, however, i have few second thoughts, one it is too far from Phuket city/patong beach, if you like nightlife and party this place is definitely very far and you have to commute 40-45 mins from hotel to few major tourist attractions in Phuket. The staff was very kind except for staff at reception who was doing check-in for guests, i guess, maybe because she was overwhelmed with crowd and queues however that doesn't justify rudeness in hospitality industry. The opposite to road is beach which is accessible and there are plenty of street food stalls to satisfy your hunger. Kindly try floating breakfast, we did it was good experience and must recommended.

Beautiful property, the way the rooms are located and the food is awesome. Pool - both the pools are awesome beyond words, you can spent your entire day in the main pool. And yes its a beach front.

The staff doesn’t take a bit of extra effort, we were not provided our desired room. They missed arranging honeymoon decoration and their was a huge chaos at the reception while checking in. Washroom in the room don’t have a separate closure due to which there was a persistent smell and we felt unhygienic. The location and the pool (kayaking) is the only attraction of this place.

Beautiful property right in front of the beach. The rooms are clean and the resort has a very picturesque pool, only disadvantage is it’s far from many other tourist attractions

The stay was awesome, and the resort staff was friendly. Overall the property is wortb visiting. The breakfast options were also very good and lavish. However just waiting for the price match refund from make my trip as promised.

Very rude staff and services were terrible

Extremely rude staff. No one responding from the reception on the room landline. They have restrictions on basic amenities like drinking water - only 1 500 ml per day per person. No water refill station also available. They said we need to purchase drinking water bottles from them. Had to literally come to the reception in 2 am in the night for drinking water. They sent room cleaning service after 5 follow ups in the same day. Also most dishes in the breakfast were over by 9 am when timings are till 10 am and they even do not refill the dishes. On asking they said many people has breakfast before you, hence got over. We had booked this place looking at the beautiful instagramable swimming pool. But is that sufficient reason to stay here where basic amenities and services are not given ? i would never return back to this property. All bigger and smaller hotels / resorts i have stayed in my life provide drinking water without any restrictions. It was a mistake spending so much on this property.

The property is really good. The food can be a bit better and affordable. The breakfast is really costly here compared to the places around. The pool and the in-pool kayaking is really good. Post 9pm, there could have been more services available.

Bathroom gates without lock and with glasses. Can be visible inside easily. Not comfortable. No vegetarian food in restaurant or nearby. Very difficult for pure vegetarian. Far away from town

The stay was overall good. The rooms were nice and breakfast was good too. One feedback is let potential guests know of high cash requirements here so that they can be prepared.

We faced a scam here, after check in we went out to t city and returned in t evening to find a soaked wet towel placed on toilet slab and a note with a fine of 500 bhat, on enquiring the reception people came and said since t towel has stains on it u will be fined 500 bhat and they tried to remove it, hence it is soaked wet, we complained that we haven't stained it and t housekeeping girl was adamant that it was our fault, and then by chance in front of them i checked another unused unwrapped towel, and it also had stains, it was then that they had to cancel my fine. Also we were staying in a private pool villa, t pool is not private as it's visible from a lot of places and it had lizards swimming in it. T best part is t common swimming pool with t transparent canoe

Very clean and posh hotel with an amazing view of the ocean on one side and mountain on the other. Would love to visit again.
