Loved the place, they have a shuttle to jungceylon mall which is fantastic because it's close to bangla road where all the stuff is happening. Special shout-out to ch a ch a at the reception who is amazing, she's your one stop for everything you need in phuket and the hotel. Breakfast is decent, they have a cool terrace from where you can see the sea. Nice restaurant, great pool side music. They have a make shift spa with foot and thai massages, and the therapists are good, prices are competitive and i feel it's value for money, but you may get better around patong, but it's the convenience that makes a difference aswell. Overall i think this place is preety good, i really liked the balcony in the room aswell. All the staff smile when they see you, which is very different from any of the hotels i've been to world over, they really care for their role, they don't treat it like a job. Amazing team, great rooms, good food, decent location : they've got the recipe right for a winning hotel

Wonderful location. Excellent vintage type interiors. Spacious rooms. Friendly staffs. Excellent scenic view surrounded by mountains and overlooking the kalim beach. Overall highly satisfied.

Great location, next eto the beach with nice and spacious rooms. Overall a great and cozy place to stay with friendly staff. The food we were served were also great. We highly recommend this hotel.

Room was ok. No washroom slippers for guest, limited bathroom toiletries. Found a lizard as well in the room. Staff was very friendly and location is perfect if you want to hit patong/kalim beach daily.

While checking out, receptionist was very rude just because 1 small towel was missing. We clarified that it was not provided, but she didn't listen. Not a great experience.

My rooms ac was not working, there was a snake cobra outside my room. Initially no one responded to any room change requests, but once room was changed even that rooms facilities were not satisfying, bathroom flush was not working and as suggested earlier cobra was crawling outside our room worst stay ever. No pictures taken of horrible experience

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is just opp to very beautiful beach and very near to famous paton beach and bangala street of phuket. The rooms are good. Breakfast spread could have been improved. There are very few vegetarian options

The place is very near to patong beach circle (few mins walk, and 2 kms to bangla road. Even though its name has lodge, it's more of a resort kind. Staff here is excellent, they have maintained the pool very well and the rooms are very good and clean. I stayed for 4 days and it was worth the money spent in this hotel. Overall, i had a great experience in this hotel.
