Wonder full stay at the zenmaya away from the main center, easy access to all the popular spots, the property is well maintained and the rooms extremely clean. The staff were very helpful and food was excellent.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel has an ocean view, they have an infinity swimming pool which is cool, the only issue was the washroom door was not opening properly

Location and food was good. Service was average. Bathroom there was a water leakage, we reported multiple times but the hotel barely cared about changing our room.

The view 10/10
the view was enough to soothe one to core, room service 9/10
the staff was very sweet and friendly. Breakfast 8/10 breakfast could have had more variety but whatever is there is good. There are only a very few restaurants nearby, one might have to book a shuttle bus very early to get the availability. The

Room was very slippery, we had baby with us and she fell many times because of slippery floor dinner service staff was not friendly, she took the order from us with hesitation we had better stay in other hotels with same price, not worth for money

The hotel is picturesque and has good views of the sea from its rooms. Has a good poolside area too. But the front office staff appeared to be borderline rude at some times. They had a hard time understanding english and while that is fine and understandable, their lack of patience in understanding the guest’s question/ requirement seemed to show a lack of training.

Beautiful stay at zenmaya, absolutely worth the price, great location, panoramic views of the sea, got great vegetarian food as well! highly recommend this to anyone going to Phuket!

The location of the hotel is top notch, easily accessible to near by tourist sites. Bike rental especially hd motorbikes was very helpful. The staffs were very friendly. The cuisine was stunning. The pool, beach, snooker table was so much fun.

Beautiful property. Amazing pool. Views for days. The staff is very kind, courteous and happy to help. Good location too. Only about 5 km from patong and close enough to kamala beach too. Only few things that can be better - some bathroom fixtures seem a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was good, but not much change in variety in the 4 days we were there. Apart from that, great hotel to stay in!
The location and food were satisfactory, however, the staff's lack of cooperation was concerning. They seemed unable to comprehend basic requests that would not have incurred additional costs. Additionally, it is important to note that the property is somewhat outdated, so please consider this factor when making your decision.

We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was more then great. Reached in the night so couldn’t see the view … but in the morning we we woke up , views of the resort were overwhelming …. Property has its own passage to the beach which is clean , serene and undisruptive view of terquoish blue / green water …. This property made us promise to ourselves that we will visit again . …. It’s worth a visit. Infinity pool and wide spread breakfast is another plus …. Staff is very good and comforting …Overall , brilliant stay !

Beautiful property but too focused on sales promotions

The property itself was very beautiful, located on a lovely sea facing area, there's no beach as such but just a steep walk down on a few rocks from where only those with proper swimming knowledge can enter the water. The unfortunate experience was we had arrived 2 hours early and were constantly being asked to go a tour to their other properties for which they would give us some voucher which was great, and as we were very tired we wanted to check in and offered to pay extra for early checkin but we're refused. It was clear they wanted to use to go for the tour no matter what. Then when we received our keys there was a 15% discount on meals coupon. We ate a couple of meals at the property starting from morning to to later afternoon for the two days we stayed and on checkout when we presented the coupon which clearly said only one thing. , 15% off on dining. Not applicable to room services. That's it. They refused the coupon stating it was only for dinner. It didn't much of a difference but just made the experience bitter for no reason. Not giving us the coupon would have just been better. Definitely recommend the property but only the sea facing rooms for a couple of days stay. But be cautioned against the staff )

It is a pleasant stay. The communication seemed a bit of a challenge and the only way to commute was using grab that was an expensive alternate. It is located 5-7 kms from patong, so a shuttle service from the hotel would have been a plus. Indian food is not served here, it should be considered.
