Very tired hotel, poor service and breakfast
It is not an old hotel but it is looking very tired, especially carpet that is peeling across the whole common areas and in the rooms… we tripped on it several times; if it is not fixed people will soon trip and break arms or teeth…
The cleaning system doesn’t work… the rooms are supposed to be cleaned after 1 pm which doesn’t really work, as we got back to the room at 4.40 pm and the room still hasn’t been cleaned… rooms should be cleaned in the morning…
The staff in the restaurant has added a few items to our bill which we didn’t order, I had to complain and check each bill afterwards… breakfast is not fresh and compared to other hotels in the town of very poor quality.
We were very disappointed as we stayed in that hotel 18 months earlier and the quality and service has declined dramatically since then… there are better hotels in town at comparable prices.
Wi-fi is very weak and keeps disconnecting…
Food in the restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced - that’s the only good thing about that hotel.

Hotel’s Staff doesn’t speak english.
There was no flat sheet in the bed.
Only a fitted sheet and a blanket.
Dinner was terrible. I have been sick during the night (chicken not well cooked).
For the breakfast buffet, nothing “occidental”. No “english breakfasts” and no cereals (other than coco pops and sugar crisp for kids).
Waiters/waitresses ignored us except to clean the table… even when we were not finished,
Small parking was full… we had to park in the street.
Very disappointing for a Ramada.

Nice room, very disappointing lobby, too small, no space to relax. Great restaurant service by Murat! Room after taking shower got so hot and steamy - no working AC, not possible to open the window… overall very disappointing. Nearby Hilton has amazing, big lobby, we will be back to Hampton by Hilton.
We like that it was in a peaceful area. It wasn’t noisy, overcrowded and there were places to walk to enjoy.
Bir önceki konaklamamız gibi odamız yine suite oda olmasına rağmen bu sefer deniz manzarası yerine yakındaki evleri görüyordu. Öğle yemeği saatleri içerisinde, restaurant bölümünde toplanan personellerin gürültüsünden yemek yemek ve lobide oturmak mümkün değildi. Bir önceki konaklamamızın aksine memnun kalmadan ayrıldık.
Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi ancak yastık kullanamayacağım kadar yüksek ve sertti. Yastıksız yatmak zorunda kaldım.

Oteldeki tüm personeller problem çözme odaklı ve çok yardımseverdiler. Çok kolaylık sağladılar. Herşey çok mükemmeldi. Teşekkürler
Mükemmel Ekip, Harika tesis..
Otele giriş yaptığım andan çıkışa kadar son derece yardımsever ve profesyonel bir kadro ile karşılaştım. Oda ve hizmet kalitesi oldukça yüksek tesis ve son derece yardımsever bir ekip ile Ramada by Wyndam İzmir Aliağa mükemmel bir konaklama sunuyor. Tüm ekibe teşekkürlerimle.
Her şey çok iyiydi. Ancak 3 kişinin konakladığı bir odaya 1 kişi için, hastanelerdeki açılır koltuktan hazırlanması, son derece konforsuz ve amatörceydi. Teşekkürler.

Bölgedeki en başarılı otel
Herşey güzeldi. Temiz, konforlu ve özellikle restorant çok iyiydi. Otel dışında yemek aramaya gerek kalmadı. Menü zenginliği , şefin sunumları ve dışarıya göre de gayet makul fiyatları ile bizi şaşırttı. Tavsiye ederim.
Personel güleryüzlü, ilgili. Odalarda balkon yok en azından katlarda bir iki balkon olsa iyi olurdu. Odalara katı sabun koyulsa iyi olur. Genel olarak memnun kaldık

Restaurant ook goed.
Kesinlikle çok başarılı resepsiyon çalışanları var. kahvaltı ve genel olarak servis iyi. Aliağa'nın fiyat kalite oranı en iyi oteli. denize yakın, odalar temiz. çok beğendim.

Tertemiz,pırıl pırıl yatak,fevkalade ilgili personel,açık büfe mükemmel kahvaltı,açık ve rahat otopark,7/24 açık restoran(fiatlar ve servis gayet iyi),oda geniş,banyo da geniş ve güzel.
