The views and hospitality was very good. Really liked the breakfast. We had a great time including the services and amenities that were provided. Must visit.

Room service quality is so poor no quick response for room cleaning and laundry, we have to call many times to take action from their side. We were waiting with kids in list to have the breakfast! as there are no free tables.

Excellent stay and location, nice private beach and awesome pool. Cozy and classy rooms specially the family room which connected both the rooms.

Facilities were all good. Didn't like the food; should include more options and fresh fruits (not canned) for the breakfast menu.

Very oriental hotel with dark wooden design and outdated furniture. Very old towels at beach. Family hotel with fool of kids, we couldn’t even go to pool. Floors have smell. Only location is good and food at artisiana restaurant. I would not recommend. Also it’s overpriced.

After scanning my id and my wife's passport upon check in the reception called us saying that there was a technical problem and they needed us to bring our ids to the reception

Had a great time at the hotel. The property is 3 years old only and the facilities are good. The pool is temperature controlled and the beach is neat. The front office is very courteous with special mention of Luisa. The only drawback for us was that the breakfast and lunch lacked veg options. View from the rooms facing presidential palace is amazing.
