I've been staying in different hotels because we love swimming but unbelievable that lifeguard not allowing our 1 guest to swim with us it was really bad. The first room i got was so small and looks very dull but thanks to night shift receptionist guy mr. Edgar he changed my room into nice size and feel more comfortable and relaxed.

I write to you with sheer disappointment and disgust regarding the abhorrent treatment my family and i endured during our recent stay at your establishment in abu dhabi. I feel compelled to express my utter dissatisfaction with the deplorable service we received, and i want you to be acutely aware of the gravity of your staff's incompetence. From the outset, it was abundantly clear that the level of professionalism at your hotel is woefully inadequate. The apathetic attitude displayed by your staff, particularly by someone named hashish, was not only disheartening but also emblematic of a complete disregard for the most basic principles of customer service however, the worst of our experience was reached when my wife and child were subjected to mistreatment that goes beyond any acceptable standard. Your staff's behavior was not only disrespectful but also a shameful reflection on the values your hotel purportedly upholds. To compound matters, i was informed that i had to make a round trip to dubai to retrieve a missing id. This demand was not only preposterous but indicative of a level of incompetence that is difficult to fathom. The lack of empathy for the inconvenience caused is nothing short of appalling. I am astounded that an establishment of your supposed caliber could fail so miserably in meeting even the most basic expectations of your guests. The audacity to mistreat paying customers is not only unprofessional but also a stain on your hotel's reputation.

It was great stay! the assigned room was huge. We arrived around 2am in the property, wanted to enjoy more by asking the maximum time we can check-out but possibly the hotel was fully booked with standard check out at 12nn otherwise everything was great.

Stay at abu dhabi

The location and ambience of the property was awesome. Bang in the city centre with easy access to cabs and buses. Rooms were decent enough to fit four members. Pool and jacuzzi facilities were also clean and top notch. Highly recommended for families. Special mention for the main entrance with beautiful chandeliers and architecture. Hot water was available throughout. Could bring food from outside. Indian restaurant just behind the hotel. Had initial glitches with the booking confirmation but finally got through.

It's a royal feeling

We stayed there for 3 nights. One word to describe the stay is - royal. Hotel name really goes with the rooms. The room was just wow. It gives you a royal feeling like you stay at a palace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food menu was a bit limited. I was expecting a bit more variety in the menu but the taste of the food was great. We feel like royal guests there. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who is planning for a visit to abu dhabi. Just loved it.

Staff is excellent here, they are always try to give you good tips to make your stay comfortable and economical, location is good, too many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, medical, i mean almost everything is available nearby
