Has all facilities in a room that a service apartment should have. Two things can change 1. Hotel / mm t should clearly mention the golden sands number. I stayed in golden sands 3 but that's not clearly mentioned anywhere in the booking. This is confusing as there are a lot of golden sands apartments around 2. They offer only one 1. 5 ltr water bottle upon arrival and don't give it from the next day irrespective of the number of days of stay. Felt a bit weird

We order almost every day from the restaurant from a variety of dishes. The service from reception to housekeeping were friendly and spot on. It is worth mentioning that there is a refundable security deposit of aed300, in addition to the aed90 fee (that mm t mentioned) so do carry cash. Good place to stay overall.

Location is very good. Burjuman metro which is a junction of red and green line, is just 7 mins walking. If you’re driving it’s very close to the karama/ Bur Dubai junction, and onwards to Shk. Zayed road. Clean property and our 2 BHK serviced apartment was huge.
