I recently had the pleasure of staying at the marriott JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, and i must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai's ambiance and decor were impressive. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, setting the tone for a comfortable stay. The room i stayed in was not only immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The attention to detail in ensuring guest comfort was evident, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked amenities. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the marriott staff. They were friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit, whether it was assisting with check-in, providing dining recommendations, or promptly attending to any requests. Dining at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai was also a highlight. The restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, and the breakfast buffet was a particular favorite, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Additionally, the marriott's location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and transportation options. We had a lovely stay at the JW Marriott Marquis. We stayed for 11 nights. But one bad experience made our day horrible. On 12 Oct at around 1145, we were standing in the queue for the taxi in front of JW Marriott JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. A gentleman named Prasanth from the concierge was managing the queue. While we were waiting, Prasanth allowed a group of 4 people ahead of us, and on confronting Prasanth as to why he has all owed them ahead of us, he said they were ahead of us waiting at the lobby. This was the most ridiculous logic one could give to cover up. We were at the queue more than 20 minutes but people ahead of us were not told anything. This group comes and hugs Prasanth and speak to him for a while, and Prasanth allows him to board the taxi ahead of us. When we told him that we will report this matter, to which he says, go ahead and report. This was rude behaviour and unprofessional . Apart from this, the entire stay was amazing with JW MARRIOTT MARQUIS. Housekeeping was amazing. They made our room so safe and clean every time we entered the room. Louis at the concierge was a great help.

1) the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai twin towers stand out among a busy dubai skyline - this was the first observation as we rode to the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. 2) the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai staff was super polite starting with check-in, room service, housekeeping & kitchen 6 breakfast buffet. 3) our kid absolutely enjoyed the heated pool while we enjoyed the happy hour drinks. 4) a shoutout to vidhi from the guest experience team for upgrading our room, sending in the complementary cakes for our anniversary & kid's birthday and setting up the rose-filled hot-tub. Will definitely be coming back again on my next trip to dubai.

Wonderful JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai with great location and lot of restaurants around. Hardly 0 minutes drive to dubai mall. Breakfast was okay kind with very few choices for vegetarians. Front desk ms hanna was excellent and very helpful and polite. I had booked twin bed by mistake and she was very helpful by giving us king bed room and early check in also. Was offered welcome cookies which contained egg, being vegetarian didn’t accept it, she sent a fruit platter in lieu of it. Room was neat and clean and comfortable, one of the better bathrooms than other branded JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubais. Overall, great place to stay in dubai

We spent two nights here on business and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai to others having a business trip. However, this JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

The stay at jw was great. It is a comfortable property with a very nice travel and bell desk service. Breakfast is delicious and chef also creates a special dish in accordance to your liking. Unlike their counterparts in other countries, the staff at the reception who checked us in was not at all welcoming. But the following days we didn’t interact with her much and chose to interact with her friendly colleagues. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay. No nothing else

Excellent hospitality and one of the best experiences in dubai. Loved every bit of the stay. The staff is really kind and ccoperative. Would love to visit again. The JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai offers free pickup and drop to dubai mall every 30 min which helps in saving on commute. We requested for a surprise for my parents anniversary and the guest experience team went above and beyond to help us plan the surprise.

The staff was very welcoming. Checkin procedure was very smooth-band prompt. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was widespread. The property has many restaurants including an indian restaurant. The location was awesome with pizzahut, kfc, burger king, raju omlette on the opposite side. The JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai provides free shuttle to dubai mall. Overall had an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Great location, one side over looks the arabian sea and the other overlooks the city - burj khalifa. Large spacious rooms with plush interiors. The room service is beyond anything i have witnessed, you have to see it to believe it. The breakfast is an issue, long cues take some charm away, the spread however is good. You get cabs easily from this location. Overall a memorable stay.

Excellent location near to dubai mall and downtown. Tallest JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai in dubai with 12 in house restaurant and spa. Special indian breakfast served at kitchen 6 with loads of indian vegetarian options. Ample of space in room with modern clean tidy furniture and nicely designed bathroom with very good toiletries. Recommend for family n business travelers

Great place. Please add some more indian cuisine and add a sport shoe section for customers who haven’t brought sport shoes to do gym. Could have included a sport shoe section where people who haven’t brought sport shoes can wear them and do their training. After the gym is over, they should put back the shoes. Was a little busy considering its a popular JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai for the tourist with close proximity to business bay metro and easily available taxis outside. Great selection of breakfast with nice and polite staff, multiple on property restaurants and cuisines to choose from, and splendid views from the rooms and the pool area.

Hot has a good location. Staff is friendly and co operative. Overall good experience. Breakfast area is very crowded
