Our stay at city premiere was amazing. The rooms are very huge and spacious and properly built, you will find each and everything which id required in our day to day lifestyle. Our room was in 19th floor and there was good visibility of burj khalifa also. Overall it’s a 9 out of 10 for long stays.

Was a great stay. The facility and location is amazing. It’s just near the business bay metro. They also provide complementary bus services that is a great relief. Food is good and staffs are always there to help.

Service and breakfast very poor, rooms are not well maintained, water clogged in washrooms, food price too high in comparison to quality and quantity

It's just close to business vay jetto station and in a walkable distance to burj khalifa. Rooms are spatious.

Located very close to dubai mall. Good service. Food is decent, breakfast buffet has limited spread but covers multiple cuisines.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. It was an apartment with a view of burj khalifa. Location is the biggest plus for this property. Dubai mall was just 15-20 mins away. Service and staff were also good. Would recommend any looking for a place to stay in downtown dubai.

The location is very good and near of everything at dubai
I had the worst experience at this hotel, waking up to wet floors every morning called them twice to fix this problem but nothing was solved there was leakage in the kitchen and washroom this hotel is not a value for money, the location is great though.

Everything was good. Very comfortable for 7days and for family. big rooms and enough space. Book early like a month before your stay to get an best hotel rates.

I stayed many hotels in dubai ,after checkout no one asking any questions! Except how is the stay,
But this time After checkout I informed the reception staff He told me to wait 6- 10 minutes After that he came to me room is okay You can leave now That 10 minutes i am not feel comfortable with my wife .

Had a great stay at this property with all the facilities available that too at a good price. Located just 1. 5 km from burj khalifa & dubai mall. 3 supermarkets, 1 restaurant, 1 pharmacy & business bay metro station is just at walking distance. Highly recommend coz of their service & politeness. Special thanks to mr akhil (front desk manager)

A perfect hotel, below are the reasons:
1) the staff are very friendly ( i would especially like to appreciate mr. Anand and mr. Shanu)
2) 5 mins walk to metro station 3) 2 mins walk to the supermarket
4) nice 1 bhk rooms

I felt very troubled. The manager who was there among the staff also behaved very badly and the room cleaners who came there are also very dirty people, they also scared us and misbehaved. They spoke and abused us due to which we felt very bad and i also have a photo of the staff who was at the reception there.

For me city premier is like home coming. From check in till check out it’s an awesome experience. Extremely helpful and efficient staff with smile always. They have a good restaurant too.
