No response from the reception and very slow service, unfortunately i contacted them to receive our things and deliver them to the car and after waiting an hour we were informed that they had not been contacted by us. Also what i did not like about the service employee was his insistence and annoyance with us to enter the room and take pictures of the bar to see if there was anything missing. You can check after we leave or before we leave the room.

All was good, except the limitations of sunbed on the swimming pool area and the private pool to cold actually we didn’t use it

Dinner was very bad. But the ambience was superb. Breakfast also not upto the mark. Some problem was in the room but they upgraded to the next room and shifted. Upgraded room view, pool were amazing. Thanks for the manager for timely help.

Location is not convenient. All the main areas are at least 15 minute drive. Also no shops and restaurants in walking distance of the property.

Great hotel for staycation. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was nice too but i would suggest for everyone to book the one that has private pool.

Nice hotel, it was a nice experience. Though i stayed for 1 night but it was a good stay. Only thing was my partner was celebrating her birthday but they didn’t do anything about it.

The place is good but its mainly a adult party place. Family with kids can go but will be mainly in room so if your room has pool in it then absolutely great. Saturday is the brunch day so expect loud music, food at italian resturant was great ! breakfast not bad. Kids enjoyed pool in room its not very big or deep but serves the purpose.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was a fantastic stay with my family. The hotel is truly amazing! i've often seen it on my way home and always thought, "i love it" little did i know, i would eventually stay there. The swimming pool, the view, and the building's design are all wonderful! we will definitely come back. The only issue was that service requests took quite a while; it took 4-5 hours to receive water and cookware we requested. It was a holiday, so i understand it was probably very busy. I'm not sure how it is on normal days, but i hope they improve this aspect.

The hotel and the property is good. However, the pictures shown that it’s on a beach is s clickbait. The hotel isn’t on beach and it’s a bit far. Overall, the location is ideal because you can get taxi and find supermarket 24 hours right in front of the hotel. Loved the pub

We had a room on higher floor and one of the most beautiful things about the room was the view outside our room. The staff is also very attentive and good. Overall great stay.

The hotel is very far from the main attractions of dubai. The rooms were very small for a family with a kid. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Would like to mention the name of gitanshu at reception and monty ramani at restaurant who were very helpful. Excellent services were provided by both of them when ever we approached them. Overall enjoyed our stay there.

Property is distantly located from the main city but it near to mall of emirates. Overall stay and food was good but the mansion club is not worth to spend money.
