The break fast was not good specifically indian. Stayed for 5 days tiger idly was like runner and poha was like a paste the rooms were good their house keeping never picks up phone

I'm really enjoying my stay at this hotel! 😊 The room is a great size, which is perfect for spreading out and relaxing. The bathroom is a little on the small side, but it's not a big deal. Overall, it's been a pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

Stay was good. Special mention about est-her who took care of food. It was my son's birthday she arranged for cake and also sang birthday song. Cons: toothpaste and toothbrush were given on demand. No hair dryer. Swimming pool was deep for toddler. Less indian items for breakfast and lunch/ dinner. Although if you want they can prepare separately.

We check- in around 3am in the morning and the staff in the reception is very accommodating. As we are very tired from the travel, we requested to extend till 2pm the next day as checkout is 12pm and they allowed us. Thank you to the staff in reception and dining for a warm welcome!

My stay in hotel is very memorable. The stewardess at breakfast took care of me in such a way, i remembered my mother. Kudos to her compassion and love and patience.

Service not good. You need to ask for each and everything including water, towels, toiletries, slippers. Breakfast is not so good. Very limited options and available options were not upto mark

First of all in room midnight some burnt smell come from central air conditioning system, there was no tooth brush, tooth paste or any toiletry and after reminding 2 time after 1 hour they provide it and breakfast was not as we accepted from hilton, staff was modorete co operyive

Worst service i have ever seen in hotels at time of check in, very rudely behaviours of all the staff, you can’t check in before 3 pm, even room are vacant. But they won’t give give until 3 pm, if you want earlier you need to pay extra,

The location was fine with the housekeeping helpful but kept forgettingto stock our room with basic. The breakfast option was the same every single day, during rush hours the staff seems overwhelmed but did their best. The people at reception ( from bangladesh, especially zahid) are absolutely rude to indians but every charming if you are white foreigner.

When I reached hotel with 2 trolly bag and 1 shoulder bag , there was no one to open door . Censor controlled automatic door was infront of step , so that I was not able to use it. Trolly bag path was on side and door should push and open . No baggage screening also . After check inn there was no room boy to take luggage. It was hard to pull trolly bags through carpet . I requested for 2 bottle of water on next day of stay , it took 3 reminders and one and a half hours to get the water bottle . 😓.. positive thing is that , after 3 days of stay I vacated the room at 2.15 pm instead of 12 pm . They didn’t charged extra .
