No hotel slippers, no tooth brush and paste, no body wash. Basic necessities weren’t there which was bit annoying.

I had the worst stay this time the hotel cleaning people threw my expensive tooth implant in the garbage and when i reported that they took one hour to respond and when i looked at all the hotel garbage i didn’t find my room garbage in all garbage and they say the have a process but it was a big lay

Parking lot is small, my second car costs 50 aed per night. The dirty towels has left on the floor on the basement, all staffs are friendly

The second car parking is 50aed, the towels are on the front of left, i bought my own towels. The stuffs are all friendly. The rate is cheap

i don’t know order food location ok hotel 🏨 service poor
The parking was too small, charged me 50 aed per night for second car. They left the mountain of the dirty towels on the floor without any cover at the front of the left in the basement. I booked 7 days. I’m afraid to use any of the towels again from the hotel so i bought my own towel. At least put the towels in the cart with cover please. All stuffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks all
Hotel is clean and quiet. We were able to rest well during our whole stay. Staff are friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is small and there is no bathrobe or cleaning materials for the pillows. They took extra money and said they would return a lot. Bad service. Long wait for reception

Great stay! the food is also tasty and rooms are very clean and a silent place to stay. The view is also good of waterfront. The staff is also very cooperative specially mr. Set.

The receptionists were accommodating and customer friendly. The room was clean and relaxing. However, we stayed for 2 days/ 1 night and unfortunately there is no complimentary water on our 2nd day. Nevertheless, our stay was great.
