Its good but not worth of the money the room that they will give to me the fridge there its not cold enough for the food to put there, only that issue overall is good

Very good location close to the metro, the staff very professional, the furniture and the bathroom are too old, the internet is too weak, breakfast very poor hotel needs a renovation.

They didn't give us 25% discount on breakfast and gave us twin beds which were combined to make a king size bed and check in was also given late in the evening at 6:00 pm

One of the best locations in dubai if you are looking for family stay. Its near 2 malls ( al reef and al ghurair) and 3 metro stations. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. Rooms are large and have a feeling of nostalgia with the stay. Supermarket is outside the restaurant with plenty of food joints within 100 metres. Special mention of sarita in the reception area for always being a great help. We had to keep our baggage in store area for 7 hrs as we had a late night flight and staff was very helpful. Every small request like additional toiletries were also catered by the staff. I will definitely stay here again next time i am in uae. Very close to dubai airport as well.

Check in was fast but there is no bell boy for laugauge i need to take my laugauge myself wrong qibla direction, cleaning was good, bed was very uncomfortable spring mattress, food was not good nothing for indians, no help from front desk as i ordered for something from online app asked them to take the parcel by paying small amount as i was far from hotel requested alot but they did not helped me out i need to rush from my work came back to hotel to collect the parcel. Very good for family stay as there are no pubs and bars in hotel. Area is surrounded by phillipines

Very good area and have spacious car parking and very good clean rooms and felicities and best service
