Reception staff are not friendly and start conversing in hindi to all clients they refused to give two access cards making it difficult for guest to go alone for official work independently tea bags complementary water were not available in room

Good budget hotel in heart of the city. Ample parking space with good restaurants near by. Public transport facilities were all neat by. Would recommend to other families as well who are willing to a shorter stay in dubai

Furniture is clea but old, and please update the kitchen. Kitchen is not proper as such. Single electric strove is provided only in the kitchen.

Staying for approximately a week was a positive experience. The best part was its proximity to burjuman metro station, just in the adjacent building. The hotel offered excellent services, including a well-priced restaurant, and there were numerous shopping opportunities in the vicinity.

Advantage is that the hotel is just a min walk from the metro station. But the hotel furniture's and bathroom fittings are old. Services needs an improvement. Water i had to ask everyday. Many times they forgot to put the hand napkin at the basin area restaurant food is not that great

Moon valley hotel is just a min walk from the metro which is very convenient but the hotel furniture is quite old and surely needs to be updated. Also they don't have option of breakfast included in the tariff as they don't serve regular breakfast. They have a restaurant which is open all day and food can be ordered from the menu. They cleaned the room but most times didn't put the hand napkin in the basin area. As they don't keep water bottles on their own we have to call them everyday for water which is complimentary.

Moonvalley hotel apartments is very ideally located which is close to many important organisations, banks and market place. Also ideally connected to both green and red lines of Metro train. Many restaurants are all located nearby.

I am not satisfied with the services. Staff was not good. Rates was chargeable for everything but according to rates services are unsatisfactory your choice for this apartment was not good for customers c grade.

The location is great, right in the heart of but Dubai, rooms are big and spacious, the facilities are good, but no free WiFi, yes you read it right, they refused to provide free WiFi, I tried to convince them by showing the Makemytrip booking which showed free WiFi still no effect on him.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super kind to us and made sure that we are satisfied at all times with the room and everything else we asked for was done with a smile. Diana, Ojai and Austina were very professional and helped us with directions and how to get to everywhere we needed. The rooms were cosy and very elegante! We will definitely want to come back! , nice location with good room atmosphere, nearby metro. Easy access to shops and restaurants.

Hotel do not provide free wifi even in lobby. No access to INTERNET if you stay in this hotel. If you want to go away from digital interface its ok but looking for business hotel then its poor choice. Location is plus point but make you isolated from rest of world due to no wifi facility.

After receiving the confirmation email from your side, we reached the hotel at the booked date and to our surprise, the hotel manager informed us that there is no booking in our name. To add to the confusion, we called the toll free line and even after talking for more than an hour, no solution was found. Even the hotel sent an email to them to which they replied that they will sought out the problem within 24 hours. (we were supposed to wait at the front desk for 24 hours). Never again will I ever book from your site.

Overall value for money since we had booked it through MakeMyTrip, ambience is beautiful but hospitality service needs to be improved bit more, ensure that details are confirmed with a specialist from MakeMyTrip before booking, in our case everything was informed on an advance basis and we were sure of the exact amount that we had to spend for the stay.
