First thing i book the hotel it's very bad no any one book hotel They took double money and no cancel the hotel booking option. I stayed pl-am beach hotel 3 night and 4 days but they took double money. Hotel service also bad there have no any time for cleaning. After 2 to 3 time called to reception after they came to room for cleaning.

The bed is full of bed bugs can’t sleep at night already informed to reception when we check out. No shower towel

The room was unhygienic. Bed sheet was dirty. No towel and toiletries were provided on second day. Room lock was not working

The room stay was average. While the bed was comfortable, and basic amenities were provided, the overall ambiance felt a bit outdated. Cleanliness was okay, but some areas needed more attention. The noise level from nearby rooms and the hallway was occasionally disruptive. Staff was polite but not particularly attentive. It’s a decent choice for a short stay but lacks the special touches for a memorable experience

Much much too much worst. Very dirty staffs are very untrained and unfair even no hospitality all damaged doors, acs, bedsheets everything life’s worst experienced hotel palm beach burdubai. Dubai municipality need to inspect it.

The rooms are pathethic, the washroom in worst conditions. The house keeping and room service not even pick the calls. Overall it is one of worst hotel in burdubai

Oh, i have to say, my experience at this hotel was worse than expected. The cleanliness was not up to par, and there was a rather unpleasant smell that lingered. I’m still hoping to get my refund sorted out, as that would really help wrap things up on a positive note!

Room is so dirty they didn't give you in-of towels they don't have hotwater kettle bed make so sound cotton and furniture are all damaged over all i give 0 of 10 i did not recommend again.
