*rating: 4/5* *overview:* my partner and i stayed at the paramount hotel dubai business bay for six nights, and while the overall experience was pleasant and luxurious, there were a few minor areas that could use improvement. the hotel’s cinematic theme and stylish design made it a memorable stay for couples. *pros:* 1. *hollywood-inspired décor:* the hotel’s theme is unique and adds a glamorous touch to the entire experience. the design details, from the lobby to the rooms, make you feel as though you’re on a movie set. 2. *comfortable rooms with scenic views:* our room offered a stunning view of business bay and was thoughtfully designed with plush bedding and modern amenities like a large tv and a coffee machine. the ambiance was cozy yet luxurious. 3. *delicious dining options:* the breakfast spread at “the stage” was impressive, featuring a variety of international dishes prepared fresh daily. the restaurants and bars on-site cater to diverse tastes. 4. *perfect for couples:* the rooftop pool and lounge create a romantic atmosphere, especially during the evening, with mesmerizing views of the dubai skyline. 5. *convenient location:* situated in business bay, the hotel is a short drive from key attractions like the burj khalifa and dubai mall, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. 6. *friendly staff:* the staff were polite and attentive, striving to meet most of our needs during our stay. *cons:* 1. *delayed check-in without refreshments:* despite an early check-in request, we had to wait for our room without being offered refreshments. after a long journey, this was slightly disappointing and fell short of the service we expected. 2. *no amenity kits in the washroom:* the bathroom, while luxurious, lacked amenity kits such as dental and shaving kits, which are standard in most five-star hotels. we had to request these separately. 3. *pool area crowds:* the rooftop pool, though beautiful, was frequently crowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing time during peak hours. 4. *expensive on-site dining:* while the quality of food was excellent, the pricing at the restaurants and bars was steep, which might not suit travelers on a tighter budget. 5. *limited in-house activities:* the hotel’s nightlife and entertainment options are limited, so couples looking for vibrant activities may need to venture outside the property. *final thoughts:* paramount hotel dubai business bay offers a luxurious and romantic retreat, ideal for couples who appreciate stylish surroundings and convenient access to dubai’s top attractions. while the cinematic theme and ambiance are exceptional, small lapses in service, such as the lack of refreshments during a delayed check-in and missing amenities, were noticeable. with minor improvements, the hotel could elevate its guest experience to match its five-star status.

Location excellent facilities excellent food good parking poor have to wait 15 to 20 mins for the valet to bring the car. They try to rush u out of cars when dropping at valet. Also if you loose valet ticket they will charge you 200 aed.

Room location and view from the room are excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay during my dubai trip

I book room with terrace but i not get and not good clean tv not working properly, i not get news paper western toilet seat not working and bidet also not working, we are two adult in room but coffee cup 1 drink glass 1 why this much i face problem then i check out early.

It was a good experience and food was also nice rhea staff member were also polite one thing i dont understand is for restaurants we have to call reception and then they will transfer it to restaurant like there is no direct number of restaurants

Dear makemytrip team, i appreciate your response, but i must express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience. Waiting for over three hours to resolve a check-in issue was incredibly frustrating and stressful. Despite making numerous calls and sending messages, the problem seemed to stem from your end, yet it was us who faced the consequences, including delays and the impact on my important work. To add to my frustration, there has been no compensation offered for the inconvenience caused. We stayed there for 6 days & it was wonderful. The staff was very good. We want to thank babier (kitchen staff) who was helping us to get good breakfast. So that we could manage our twins. Hotel is at nice location & views are wonderful from the top.

It was really terrible experience with staff while check in they gave me twin bed even on request she no room available she don’t care, the hell was house keeping came at 12 pm open the door with there master key, guys be aware with this hotel and there management it was very poor i can say

the receptionist who met us and checked in a room 4208. Words can’t describe how much dust there was, sofa was all in black marks and he said it’s not smoking room while there was an obvious smell

1st. Reservation told your booking cancel from make my trip 2nd. Waiting long hour on reception 3rd. We request give us extra bed reception told not possible then one manager came he told ok need to pay aed 250 we agreed after payment also waiting 1 hour for extra bed terrible stay
