Stay was very pleasant, we got room changed also as per our wish. Cleanliness is there, very peaceful environment. Walkable distance to al jadaf metro which is a plus point. Overall very happy with the stay.

Premier inn offers a comfortable stay with friendly staff, clean rooms and the convineance of dubai metro & cafeterias nearby. They also have a basic level gym/pool at the roof level.

Hotel location is great. Room service was very fast

having a wide range of options in breakfast menu
hotel staff is helpful one suggestion- please put specific sign (green) on veg food option

Hotel was located close to downtown. We booked family room it was sufficient for 2 adult 2 children ( they provided 2 extra single bed for jh children’s with king size bed ) - we stayed for 6n 7d - we enjoyed our stay - negative shade - toilet for family room was v small & breakfast we could not find south indian style ( they provided idle sambar idle was hard ) apart breakfast was manageable - for south indians it will be difficult to manage -

The hotel was clean, reply to all queries was prompt. The staff was professional and courteous. The breakfast menu was elaborate and delicious. Only the swimming pool timings to be increased. Gym was open 24x7

Amazing stay. The location is just perfect. If you are considering metro for transportation, this one has the metro station within a very short walk. The rooms were spotless. The staff very friendly and courteous. Such a value for money this one is. The family room is comfortable if you are travel-ling with family.

It’s a great value and rooms are spacious but would choose their competitor hotels chain in future instead. The hotel lobby is tiny and limited. The rooms walls are all drywall which makes it not very noise isolated, you can hear people inside the rooms while you’re in the hallway. The window is locked for some reason. The rooms are super clean, however two cockroaches came to my room during one or two weeks of stay. I have reported the incident to front desk but that didn’t seem to grab much interest to them.
The staff at this hotel is marvelous, beautiful area nice rooms, wonderful service. Metro station is walking distance

It was a last minute booking, the room was clean and quiet, ac was working perfectly, no noise. Shower pressure was good. The bar served decent food and the location was convenient. Good value for money option.

Since the check in, the process was smooth and great. However, when i entered the room, the smell was not very pleasant. I would recommend using the air freshener or leaving the ac at low temperature.

Family stay at premier inn

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, the breakfast was really amazing for a 3 star hotel, and the staff was extremely friendly, respectful and helpful. Definitely we will revisit this hotel in the future inshallah.
