Breakfast area was small and gets cramped! at usual breakfast hours! every time i go to reception area for any assistance, i had to wait in a queue for assistant to get free! too busy!

The front office manager prasad and divya made our stay comfortable and helped us with an upgrade and they both were really sweet. The entire stay was amazing.

The property location is amazing. It has all the services that i required for a quick stay. The 24/7 in room service is really amazing. Even late at night i could order good hot food.

We had a great stay at Pullman dubai downtown.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Neat and tidy rooms.
Too many varieties and tasty breakfast. Easy check-in and late check-out.

From the reception to room, staff was very polite, cooperative. The room cleaning was good. Madam snow, at reception was very supportive and guidance provided by her were very good.

"the hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre"

Special request taken for granted and poor infrastructure

I had discussed with booking manager deepankar parashar to arrange greetings for my parents and he confirmed that standard decoration will be done. But on checkin nothing was provided and till evening they received nothing, this was a very unprofessional experience for me. Also the property is not worth the money, with stinky corridors.
