Since the day before we came we ask them by call but the way they answer the call so rude and not professional and when we are on arrival there is no parking and the valet guy didn't even helpful l for us and we need to find it by ourselve and the worst thing we need to walk 10 mins from the parking area to the hotel for 2 days so this are the first and the last time will be stay with this hotel, cause for us it's the worst one for 4 star hotel in this dubai

Hotel reception was very bland, no smile, very serious, were helpful but did not tell us when we checked in about facilities etc. Porters and cleaners were helpful and said hello.

Room specious, can be advanced/upgraded. Staff was good, the major drawback of this hotel i felt that, they don’t have their own/personal car parking.
