In the bathroom not provided hot water which make us so uncomfortable to keep fresh after coming back from outside as the weather was freezing really made us disappointed. My rating is so so

My stay was fantastic. Clean room with comfortable bed and polite staff. I had indian briyani from fusion restaurant was great. Overall i liked the hotel and will. Come back.

Actually it was not really fantastic, room was very small and no slippers, extra tissues were provided. Dinner buffet was good with a lot options but breakfast was very limited and not much options. Over all it’s pretty expensive compared to the price.

Excellent and clean room. Good breakfast options, courteous and prompt staff. Suggest increase the swimming pool timings beyond 6 pm. Great overall experience

Nice quiet room, nice quiet area with great amenties, small shopping mall nearby with food outlets and cheap groceries. However, no hot water, no one cleaned the room, no valet and no one picks up when you call reception.

The rooms we booked were not available upon check in, they said they would upgrade us to a family suite (we booked connecting rooms) which was 2 rooms next to each other but no connection. We had to split up with 1 parent to each room instead of spending the night with my wife. 🤦‍♂️

We asked ceramic cup for coffee & they do not provide & no one bother, bed sheet has big black spot stain, no green tea provided, bathroom drainage is block, very few tv channel. Need to improve service. coffee cup for guest?your orginization should care about sustainability.

Room are good but some things not available like (slippers, bath kits, tooth kits etc) for these we have to call them three times. Also pool timing is very bad in this weather they open pool only 9 to 6 pm

The management was weak and the maintenance services were not good in terms of performance and not the speed of response. I requested things from the reception several times and they were approved by the reception staff and were not implemented. Air conditioning is not good The room's curtains do not block the sun well The TV was faulty and when I asked the technician he said this was a factory fault and not from us so that I could accept it The question is why do you stay on TV then? My stay was uncomfortable and I will not repeat it, and I think his rating is slightly higher than his standard

The room was very small no bell boy you need to take your laguge by yourself also for the check-in time only 1 person handling to the all customer so we wait long time and most stupid things we paid them deposit money which t hay return us back but still it's crazy very bad experience never ever go to that hotel again

The place is nice compare with the room rate reception are nice when they deal with guest in person. But i would like to feedback that for the phone call and whatsapp they are not at all responding. I been follow for my reverse deposit transaction has never been done. And they never reply my message even phone call
