The staff that was present that day, did not answers some of my questions. The light in the wash room was blinking. And the phone wire was broken and not working.

Stay was not good as expected. Room amenities were not provided on arrival. No housekeeping coming to clean room. Food is horrible.

No towels in rooms when checked up, safe box was not working, wash basin was chocked up, reception don’t answer room call etc. Etc.

Last month i stay in this hotel it was nice experience front desk staff is good specially may is nice girl for the amenities we need to ask many times like water, bathrobe and swimming pool guy asking for a card so you can swim but hotel didn’t given any information about this. Breakfast is good service was also good. Mix experience need some improvement.

Highly disappointing experience

I have made the payment for the stay however when i reached the property they denied any booking on their system. i had to make an additional cash payment at the property to stay so ideally now i have made the payment= as well as additional payment of 1200aed at the property to stay.

A nice clean and good location of doubletree by hilt-on ras al khaimah. We stayed only for 1 night but surely win our heart, will be back again next time in this hotel only

It was very bad. After 1 am there was no one in the reception. I lost kept my key inside the room and locked the door and i was standing outsing nearly 1 hour un the mid night.

Swimming pool is oily. Not soundproof at all, i can hear the noise from other guest when they play music. Request takes time to fulfill like asking slippers, it will take an hour or more before they provide. So my stay rating is average

Simple business hotel

Had a tough time as the careem app showed a different address and had to call the hilton helpdesk to locate the hotel (it was correct on google maps. Also there was a problem with the reservation confirmation from male ku trip to the hotel and as a result it took more than half hour to checkin. The spa was under renovation and swimming pool opened only after 9! only plus is that they upgraded my room

Food (specially dinner) was below average. Facility was decent, however management was very slow non of the amenities in room were provided and had to every time order leading to time waste and destroy the entire experience!
