    Terrible Stay

    I couldn't stay there as they asked for my passport. My passport is with my company as i'm a working woman. I told them i could issue my visa copy or my passport document i saved on my phone. They didn't allow it and also they didn't mention it in the hotel policy to bring a passport. I paid 135 aed which is non-refundable. I had the very worst experience with make my trip and crystal plaza. I contacted your customer care executive. They said they would give me a call back after 24 to 48 hrs. I didn't get any call till now for the refund issue!

    Food was good 35 dirhams for breakfast which was good and they have pool spa jacuzzi and good restaurants nearby
