    Room was way too small and it’s in one corner . Front desk God save 🙏 Not sure y this stinking attitude except for one girl. Others will make u feel y u came . Would prefer to choose Novotel over Hilton . Breakfast was good tho . The most crap and idiotic thing - no latch in the room . There was a nob tho

    Average hotel breakfast in a dingy cellar where proper ventilation is not there. No arrangement is there to help the elderly people with their luggage while check in or check out. Neither there is a ramp nor there is a wheel chair for the disabled. Front office insists on deposit in cash only, hesitating to accept credit debit cards for the reasons known to them only. Hotel is in a old victorian era building which should have been knocked down by the authorities long back. Definitely we will avoid this hotel next time in london.
