    I have already raise the complain hotel was under construction no ac hotel itself arranged the 30% discounted and they paid the amount to your account

    Hotel under renovation. Not comfortable stay

    Hotel was under renovation. The air con was off on the 1st night stay. Second night they changed room for us after literally fighting with them. Small rooms. Dingy. Not best western standards. I've stayed in hotels in over 24 countries. Did not expect this. Check in was also an issue. This is what the receptionist told us. We got to check in 4 hrs later. By paying extra.

    Room Size

    The Room and the Toilet are VERY SMALL. Except for the size everything was value for money. Movement inside the room is very difficult. The management should mention the size of Room in their website. Staff is quite helpful. Breakfast is very nice and location is superb.
