Excellent Stay

I found this recommendation on mm t when searching for properties near euston square. Property is located at walking distance from china town, piccadilly circle, soho, leicester square, with kings cross station nearby. Breakfast has a decent spread with array of bread options and freshly baked croissant.

Terrible Stay

It was definitely a very terrible stay. The room that was promised in the photos that was not at all the room that i received. I received a compartment like a very small room in which i felt suffocated. This is the first time radisson has disappointed me. I always trust radison and book rooms in radisson wherever i go, but this was definitely the worst experience and i will never be booking with radisson again for two nights in london. My day was horrible. There was not a phone in the room to call that reception desk, they did not provide water. They did not provide fresh towels. The room smell, horrible was a very small room. I feel suffocated only in the last night. They were able to move me to better room which was fine, but i feel that i have wasted a lot of money on this book. I should have taken something else in london and would have had a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, radisson has disappointed me a lot.

Location is great. Tube station at door step( warren street. Tesco express and mac d next door. Euston station a 5 minutes walk. Indian restaurants nearby. Breakfast served is excellent. Service with smile. The premium rooms very big in size and are maintained nicely. Good gym in house. Overall a good place to stay if you have 150-180 gbp budget a day.

I've stayed at Radisson Blu hotels multiple times and they have a branch in most of the places that i've been to. I was happy with the breakfast spread and it has a wonderful location. I was particularly disappointed at the attitude of the receptionist who checked me in. There was absolutely no courtesy. Not even a smile. In fact. She almost eyed me as though I was totally unwelcome. And it was extremely unpleasant for me after having traveled so Long. Another thing is that the rooms are very small and congested. There's not much space to move as such.

Some rooms are very far from the lift which is undesirable.
The most negative about is the tub in which you have to have a Bath. There is no separate bathing space. So climb up the high tub to bathe.

Lovely Stay! Hotel Staff was really Helpful.
They upgraded us to a Business Class Room.
Gave us a Credit of £15 Everyday for Food.
Easy Early check-in + Late CheckOut was accepted on a single Request.

Mixture of good and bad

Initially the rooms provided to us were poor and pathetic, but on raising our concern, we were offered better rooms and all issues were resolved to our satisfaction Some of the employees, such as Mr. Vishwas Restaurant Manager & Mr. Niall Front Office Manager were outstanding.
