Very cool people at the reception! We apologized for noise our little children were making.
Staff is excellent, room was clean. I slept well and felt safe. The hotel is due for a major facelift, paint, etc., so its current appearance is off-putting. I would stay there again, though, as it’s a more affordable option in a good location.
The room was a very nice size and we like the fact that it had a chair for relaxing as well as a desk chair.

The web site pictures need to be updated. This hotel is old, stained/fated and shower in poor condition. Bagels and breads were hard. This is below standard of other hotels the same price. Would not recommend to a stranger.
The people staying on the floor above us had a child that was running and banging on walls and doors for hours. Informed the front desk both evenings that this disturbance was unacceptable and disruptive to our stay. Clearly I wasn’t the only one who complained that weekend and nothing was done about the situation. This went on until late into the night time.

Nice accommodations for a weekend, next to Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's. Easy access to PA Turnpike. Shopping and restaurants a short drive. Clean and comfortable room.

A bit noisy since our room was on the ground floor with the dogs and right next to the engine room.
It was a very clean hotel and the service was outstanding

Hotel needs an update. Hallway carpet worn and stained. Dated decor. Room upon entry had strong urine smell coming from bathroom due to age and bathroom tile grout should be replaced. Little plastic washcloth holder on counter once white is now yellow with age. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty standard.
