Hands down would highly recommend the Peabody House
kristina.partnerOct 14, 2024 We stayed in the cottage. It was adorable and very romantic. Everything was clean and had all of the amenities you’ll need. Soft thick towels, robes and comfy bedding. Easy parking and a quick walk to all of the restaurants and shops. There’s a shuttle you can take from the Basin Hotel up to The Crescent and back which was nice because the walk up there is very steep. Just ask at the front desk of either hotel and they’ll call it for you. There are two sets of stairs getting to the cottage and one set inside the cottage. Plus the stairs down and up to the shops and dining. Not bad at all, but be prepared. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My husband and I stayed in the cottage and it was charming and accommodated all of our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Peabody House to anyone and will absolute stay there again in the future!!

This most amazing home is only a 2 minute walk from all the downtown shops and restaurants in the wonderful town of Eureka Springs. Well appointed and uniquely furnished, our stay here was quiet and relaxing. The owner was available to guide us to the best restaurants and activities.
Truly a cool place to stay for our anniversary trip. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and hospitable!
We very much enjoyed our stay at The Peabody! We stayed in the Amethyst Suite, and were blown away by how well decorated and comfortable it was! The owners of the house, Coltan and Lily, were so hospitable and went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of while we were there. They even made some great restaurant and entertainment suggestions to us! The Inn is located in an area of town with many great shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues nearby. We highly encourage anyone visiting Eureka Springs who may be looking for an all-around great and cozy place to stay, to consider staying here! We will be back!
colin.partnerApr 02, 2023 My wife and I spent 3 nights at Peabody House in mid-March. We had the Amethyst Suite. It was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Spotless. Relaxing.
The location is great. On the side of a hill overlooking the center of town. Pretty much everything in walking distance. We used our vehicle only twice while we were there. If we ever return to Eureka Springs, Peabody House is where we will stay.
Great night away for a couple
My husband and I only spent one night here. This was our first getaway since our 2yr old was born. The Peabody House is such a cute place to stay with an amazing location! Everything is within walking distance and the room was clean and comfortable. My husband said this was the best sleep he's had in years (he's always dealing with shoulder and back pain). The hosts are wonderful and allowed us our privacy while still trying to be friendly and helpful. We're already planning for our next trip to Eureka with a longer stay at The Peabody!
