Stay away and spend a few dollars more elsewhere
Room next to outside light. Picture is at midnight since we checked in at 11:30pm. No shade and drapes did not close. Bathroom outlet did not work and outlet next to wall loose and possibly shorted since smelled smoke after a few minutes when something was plugged in to charge the phone. Charging plug extremely hot when went to unplug. Beds had plastic on them like you would see for bed wetters.
Under sheets was dirty and food like the sheets were not changed and need just made from last visitors. Sheets were dirty and either had waste on them or blood. Same for the lamp shade. Cabinets in kitchen loose and some fallen off. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and weed smoke from other rooms through bathroom ventilation. This is a smoke free hotel. When checking with the front desk shortly after midnight they offered for maintenance to stop by the next day to look at the items with issues. Being to late and after driving 12 hours we stayed the night and checked out first thing next morning around 9:30am. I'm sure we could have found other things but did not stay the original 4 nights. When mentioning the problems to the front desk they quickly offered the ability to cancel the remaining nights if out before 11am. This sounds like they are aware of the room and place visitors into this room late at night knowing they are stuck paying the one night then leave the next morning and still are able to make money on a room without needing to spend time or money on it
You get what you pay for.
The stay was very affordable I know they say you get what you pay for but that had to be the hardest bed I ever laid on had a horrible night sleep and only like 10 channels on the TV.
Disrespectful housekeeping the rooms are not adequate no heat was available in the rooms in the remotes did not work and then when you went outside the door the room automatically locksAndIt's hard get back in
We got there they ask for id from me my husband ask for deposit they wore rude and place saids its go continental brefast all they had was muffins n coffee room was dirty we jas to ask for clean towels because we ask them to clean the foom even they said they would clean it they did not second time we ask for towels they didnt like it we had to bring the dirty towels or they wouldn't give us clean ones wont stay there ever again worst place i ever stay in in my lifetime
I had called the hotel to check if I could book the room with my cat. The answer was YES and that it is a pet friendly hotel.
When I arrived to the hotel they refused to give me the key as cats are against the policy.
I have lost my payment for two nights and had to find another pet friendly hotel.
Check in was swift and easy. Good guest service as well.
Side and back door don't close. I never felt unsafe even at 1 am but doors should lock. It's dated and dirty. My black light shows "stuff" on the walls next to the bed. Cabinets doors are falling off. I'm happy for the price.
Still waiting on my $50 deposit to be returned. On top of that, they never told me they were taking the $50 out of the account. They just did it through the Expedia account without even letting the customer know beforehand. When I called them they explained what the charge was.
Just ok. Watch out for hidden fee
Stay was ok. There is a 50$ hidden fee at check in. No other extended stay i have stayed in has that. Showers were clean and had hot water. The bed is old and wrapped in plastic. Very uncomfortable and hot. Staff isnt the most friendly or willing to help. If your in a pinch this is ok. But i would recomend a different extended stay.
The place smelled upon getting off the elevator to our floor. The floor of our room was sticky and dirty. The bed did not have bed skirts as advertised in photos, yet, it looked more like a pulled out cot. The bed itself was squeaky with each movements, which was interrupting our sleep. The top bed sheet had stains.
The water was hard and the hand and body soap bars were not moisturizing at all. It felt like wax and did not smell good. Some of the towels were not white and had stains on them. Overall, it was a total mess and not what we had expected. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
They did not return my deposit
Stay was absolutely HORRIBLE.... ROOM WAS DIRTY AND HAD BUGS... I had to chage my own sheets apawn arival... Roof was leaking from room above at entrance.. No one came to fix anything... staff was VERY RUDE AND NON HELPFUL N0R CARISMATIC.. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE....
Night no towels and pillows
There are more luggage carts needed at this location. Both elevators make a very loud noise while riding them. It’s awfully scary and sounds like both elevators are in need of repair. Guess should be allowed extra face towels 2 are not enough. Guess should not be inconvenienced with swapping out towels for new ones we don’t work there. That needs to stop. You need to separate cleaning rags from face towels. Cleaning rags should be used for cleaning not for bathing with and face towels for our face snd body I don’t use the same wash cloth to cleanse my entire body, I use several, one for my body, one for each private part and one for my face. Face towels look like rags. Buy some new towels and some nice new warm comforters and blankets for the beds. Just do some sprucing up. There needs to be a lot more air fresheners in the hallways because the hotel doesn’t smell very inviting. All these issues need to be addressed. I like the hotel but things would be a little better with these things taken care of. Make things nice and inviting for the guest so they will come back. How about offering coffee all day like a lot of hotels do. Make things inviting for the guest. Some people like to drink coffee beyond 9 am. I know I do. It’s not that much to do because you will get a profitable return, just make the investment and you won’t even have to raise your rates. Just try it and see the response you’ll get. Just be a little more professional. There is room for improvement. Please
The room had very thin lightweight bedding and no extras blanket in the closet. The pillows were so thin you had to fold in half to be somewhat comfortable.
There were no glasses or dish ware in the kitchenette area.
Nothing to complain about. Excellent service.
Room is musty making it hard to sleep and refrigerator is leaking pipe fixtures needs an upgrade
