The staff was awesome. Forgot my key to the room so she just gave me a new one without making a big deal.

Clean. Older, but good for a night’s sleep. Would benefit from some remodeling. Not close enough to walk to many places. Affordable and friendly.

The hotel was just remodeled and they did a very nice job! The staff was fabulous!! All very kind!! Very good location to restaurants, downtown Naperville and the tollways!!
There was no housekeeping and the door did not worked properly.
Great one night stay. Easy free parking, good breakfast, easy to get to and find location. Room was clean with good bedding.

I stayed at this hotel several times during my recent trip, and found it to be my favorite. Well tended and a great staff are what makes this hotel the best. Highly recommended.
dorene.partnerAug 25, 2024 Rooms a little dated, but newly painted and brand new bathroom. Hotel was super clean, and staff so friendly. Excellent housekeeping-nothing missed. Hot breakfast was fine, nice not to hurry out to eat each morning. Within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and breweries. 11/10 highly recommend.

My husband and I travel ALOT for our jobs as well as for pleasure and have never been asked to pay $50 for checking in 40 minutes early. As a HH member if there is a room available, I have always been allowed to check in. What a way to nickel and dime your most loyal customers. They refused to waive this and the property was dirty, outdated and dingy despite them telling us they recently remodeled. I can't imagine what it looked like before. Parking was terrible and last, our door would not even close to our room. We had to force it each time. Not at all safe especially for female travelers - traveling alone.
