Reservations were not followed through with the motel by Expedia, so when we arrived we had no reservations however everything had been confirmed with us by Expedia. The hotel clerk searched to find the answers. We were able to have a room.

Hampton Inns are my hotel of choice and this one didn't disappoint. Beds were extremely comfortable, hotel was clean, staff attentive. Breakfast was hot, food was plentiful & fresh with good variety. Wheelchair accessible room checked off all the boxes: good bed height for transferring, plenty of room to maneuver, roll in shower very easy to use. Would definitely stay here again when my travels bring me back to Springfield.

Luis at the front desk was an excellent person and allowed us to check in early. He was personable and helpful. Our room was great except the heating system was rather loud. We would definitely stay there again.
