The air conditioning unit went out and quit working otherwise everything was great
We had two rooms. One room was fine and the other room had dirty sheets. How gross! We slept on top the covers with other blankets.
Horrible management. Broken down automobiles with oil leaking all over parking area- The children running wild all through the night- The roaches, the people living in the hotel. I was made to pay a fee for my legitimate service animal. I would not suggest this place to anyo e.
I ended up not staying there at all and had my money refunded. It listed a pool and there wasn't one. The guy at the desk was real nice I do have to say that. He refunded my money because my kids were upset over not being able to swim.

dorothea.familyAug 25, 2024 Filthy floors invluding a dead bug in the bsthroom. . Microwave was dirty inside. Sink had water spits all around. Not a single cup for coffee or even water. Towels and sheets had stains on them. Air conditioner took 3 1/2 hours to cool the room. Toilet shifted as though not attached to the floor solidly. Only good point was lots of hot water. If I were the owners of this property, i would be embarrassed to acknowledge it as mine.

It was a short notice stay… rooms was way out dated and room had funny smell but once it cooled off in room smell died down to where u could tolerate it… room had plenty of sleeping space 3 queen beds and sleeper couch…
Checked in and went to the room. Opened the door and the stench that came out the door was enough for us to leave. Went down to the front desk and left. Had to find another place to stay.

I stayed for a total of 3 weeks for work. Out of 3 weeks I had a night where I got into my room and the bed wasn’t clean. The hotel was sold out so there were no other rooms available. It was a long day and I was already exhausted. I talked to the manager, and they personally went and cleaned the room up for me and got me situated. Not a lot of hotels will have that happened. Just the extra care to get me taken care of meant a lot. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.
The hotel met my needs for the night. Not an attractive area but was okay especially since the room was free with my Expedia rewards.
Loud trashy people crappy breakfast an the sheets smelled but yoy get what you pay for
