The staff is horrible with an attitude . They told me to go away when asked to do room cleaning .
Property is surrounded by homeless people . Someone was getting arrested near their parking lot . They had their parking lot camera stolen and staff had no clue that I was unable to get in Parking lot because of that
I never saw anyone in front desk to check in or check out
The thermostat did not work and the night guy had no clue how to fix it
The only good thing is that the rooms were clean and big spacious with working televisions
Overall , Not worth the money
theresa.familyNov 20, 2024 As there were no staff present upon arrival, It felt very unwelcoming. It didn’t feel like our business mattered. We were there 4 days and saw a staff person on two occasions. Once in a morning and another time when we had difficulty accessing the TV. The beds were comfortable however the living room had a couch and a broken chair. Although we had a coffee pot it was specifically for a hotel. There wasn’t anywhere to buy the packaging required to use this pot. When we asked for coffee, we were told it wasn’t provided. And there were no cups in the room. Really inadequate supplies. We had a frying pan but no stove. Overall, we were disappointed in the lack of service. It didn’t feel like this hotel was ready to have guests. The location was great. Easy access to transportation and or within walking distance to the French Quarters. I would think twice before staying here again.

Was a struggle to get an extra wash towel as no one was around, we called but it was never sent up. Caught a lady from house keeping who was able to assist
russell.familyNov 03, 2024 Our stay at the French Quarter Suites Hotel was overall average for a first-time visit to New Orleans. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, providing a nice space to relax. However, the surrounding area was less appealing, with some parts looking a bit rundown.
One important note: we didn’t have any physical interaction with the staff; everything was handled electronically. For those who prefer more traditional hospitality with in-person assistance, this might not be the ideal choice. All in all, it wasn’t an unsafe or unpleasant experience, but those considering a stay here should use their discretion.
Suite is well equipped, clean and quite.
This was our first time staying at this property. It is a convenient walk to pretty much everything in all directions. The office staff communicated clear check in and parking instructions. Parking was reasonable and instructions were also clear. The rooms were very nice! More than we expected! They went above and beyond for us during our stay.

Only some minor repairs needed on property (all exterior lights were out and the end of our rooms make it a little sketchy at night) but otherwise a nice property that we will be staying at again!
Had trouble getting in parking, entry gate, key drop off

I was thinking these people is on top of their business because they were communication with me on the way into NOLA. We drove 6 hours to this hotel to fine out we didn't have a room. The room was out of order no air condition. The lady at the front desk tried to help find me something next door they were all full. She sweet a girl but recked of cannibas.So the person that was texting me was the property manager. She had know clue of what was going on in her own establisment. If she had known she wouldn't have given me that room and then wanted to give me some fans without any other compensation. They refunded us our money back but nothing for our inconvenience no food voucher or gift card nothing. The hotel is in a bad area, not walking distant to Canal St. nor Bourbon St. We called a hotel on Canal St. It was the Best Western St. Charles. Loved it.
robert.familySep 26, 2024 Absolutely loved the area but the property left a lot to be desired. Two of the three TVs didn't work, there was broken furniture, and the fridge didn't work either. Tried mentioning to the staff and nothing was done about it.
Very nice property. It had a living room and two separate bedrooms, each with a tv. Refrigerator and coffeemaker were also provided. Bathroom was also spacious. Security was excellent as you need a PIN code to enter the property.
A great location! The suite was clean and enough space for my sister, daughter and I. It could use a little more seatings.

Great location on Rampart. Short walk to Bourbon etc. staff was awesome! Had a small issue with the bathroom that I mentioned to them that they should look into after I left. Within an hour, issue resolved. Hoping to see this property again on Expedia.

Our stay at French Quarter Suites was very enjoyable. It was clean and quiet with easy access to public transportation or just a short walk away from food and activities. The access to private parking was a plus as well. We would definitely stay again in the future. One suggestion would be to have a place for trash to dispose during your stay as we were not able to find one.
